Private Dining We offer private rooms that perfectly suit for a range of events. We can help you host a seamless event. Whether you are in need of a seated dinner with a multiple course meal, or a large space with custom hors d oeuvre options for a cocktail party, or simply a room for an intimate gathering of friends or business partners, we can provide the experience you are seeking. Wonderful! We had 36 guests for our son s rehearsal dinner. The food was marvelous and the service was even better. Could not have been better. Thank you to the staff of the Grove Grill, you made this a truly memorable evening. Rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, business luncheons, presentation dinners, private rooms for family gatherings, and entertaining business guests. Our rooms can be arranged and customized to suit your event. We offer a range of different pre-fixed price set menus for large parties, available to adjustments upon feedback. Our chef and team will help your event stand out as polished and seamless, while you sit back and enjoy.

4 Private DininG Layout Large Room Ideal for seated events: rehearsal dinners, showers, presentations, business events, and large cocktail parties. Large room can be set comfortably for people, $1200 Any room can be set for standing cocktail party, dependent on event type.

5 Private DininG Layout Projector Table A/V Screen Medium Room Seat up to 25 at multiple rounds or 20 at one long table. Crecent style seating optimal for presentations available depending on room availability and party size. A/V Projector and Screen available for rental fee. Small Room Perfect for smaller groups, seat 8 to 14 comfortably at one table in an enclosed room. Semi-Private Room The Semi-Private room is partially separated from the main dining room. Can seat up to 14 at one large round table or use 3 separate tables, 10 and 2 6 tops with semi-circle banquettes. Recommended for social events and small cocktail parties $800 > 14 $400 > None Long Table Available for Large Room Long boardroom style table can be set for parties sized

6 Private DininG Policies Menus We offer a range of pre-fixed multiple course menus for seated dinners. If you would like to discuss or adjust these menus, please discuss with our management team to view more detailed menu options. We also offer flexible pricing for hors d oeuvre and cocktail parties. Decorations All displays or decorations must require management approval. Decorations cannot be taped, stapled, or nailed to the walls. Please plan accordingly with alternative displays. Use of confetti is prohibited. Food & Beverage Minimum This is not to be thought of as a deposit or fee, but a guarantee. The food and beverage minimum is the amount of food and beverage purchases due to meet the room requirements. All food and beverage purchases count towards the minimum. Any amount due unspent will be charged as a Room Charge to meet the minimum. The Food and Beverage Minimum does not include service charges, sales tax, A/V equipment. Delivery Please arrange with management team if you require package delivery. We will arrange the storage of your packages. Audio / Visual Capabilities We allow outside A/V equipment, both personal and professional services. Additionally, we offer a screen for a fee of $15 and projector for fee of $200. **Epson 4200 VGA, HDMI, USB, Please be aware we are not responsible if your setup does not communicate with our hardware. If you are concerned about compatibility, please make a trial run and test our equipment before your event to ensure you have the proper setup and adapters if necessary. Cancellation Policy Some events require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve a room.
