True to the hotel s ethos of delivering traditional elegance with contemporary flair, the Donovan Bar s vintage list offers a playful nod to its location in London s first ever hotel which opened in 1837.

7 NOVEMBER 2018 BECK AT BROWN S Truffle Menu Available in Beck at Brown s from 1st November 2018 The beginning of the long-awaited truffle season calls for a menu of its own in Beck at Brown s, celebrating the different truffles from the best of our Italian and British foragers. Kicking off the programme is the fresh White Alba Truffle with sea bass carpaccio, vegetable crudités and cannellini beans coated in a truffle oil emulsion; pumpkin ravioli served with an irresistible truffle oil and parmesan fondue; veal fillet, fried in truffle butter and served with baby artichoke and spinach; and hazelnut crumble with white chocolate mousse and liquorice, each coated in a grated layer of fresh truffle.
