Kolby winery was founded in Pouzdřany in The winery is named after a hill overlooking the village in beautiful panorama of Pouzdřany steppe. Kolby s philosophy is making of high-quality wines with special attributes made from their own grapes. The harvest is done almost entirely by hand while respecting old winemaking traditions from Mikulov region. Kolby aims to bring well matured wines to their customers.
