Beneath imperious European highest active Etna volcano, visitors will find uncontaminated landscapes, idyllic sea and beaches, traces of art and spirituality, ancient olive groves, vineyards, as well as deep-rooted traditions that have remained unchanged over time. Over thirty centuries of history and culture to be explored. Palermo is an exotic mixture of the many cultures reflecting its history of being under numerous dominators over the centuries. Under the shadow of Mount Etna is the Baroque style of Catania, with its large, wide open squares and avenues. In Taormina you will feel the magical, mythical atmosphere spread all around which has enchanted visitors from all over the world for years and years. The authentic Sicilian hospitality will make any sojourn and event unique.

5 Activities COOKING CLASS AT TRAPANI AND ERICE BY CABLE CAR Once in Trapani, guests will reach the Centro Gastronomico Nuara, where they will be involved in preparing some sicilian specialities such us : sicilian cous cous, pasta trapanese style, through an amusing cooking class! Lunch will follow at Centro Nuara. After lunch, transfer to the top of Erice mountain by cable car (about 8 minutes) so to enjoy a stunning view over the sea and the valley! A guided tour of the city will allow guests to discover the nice alleys of the medieval town.

6 Activities Activities QUAD BIKES TOUR IN SEGESTA, PASTA SHOW COOKING AND LUNCH AT BAGLIO Quad bikes will bring the guests to a stunning drive along the hills around the archaelogical park. Each quad can transport 2 guests and the driving will take about 1 and a half hours. In the meantime, the rest of the group will be involved in the preparation of hand made pasta with a true sicilian mamma at a rural property in Segesta. The groups will then switch activity. A typical countrystyle lunch with seasonal food will follow at the Baglio in Segesta: homemade sausage, pasta, caponata, grilled vegetables, fresh ricotta cheese etc The agriturismo has an ample dining room and an outdoor patio with a fine view of the surrounding where guests can enjoy their lunch!

7 Activities DISCOVERY CEFALU TREASURE HUNT, SEA VIEW LUNCH AND WINE TASTING Guests will discover the more hidden streets and halleys of the historical center in an interactive and original way, divided in teams and through an interactive photographic treasure hunt : each group will be equipped with a city map, an instant camera and a special booket that will have to be completed with photos certifying they have passed the treasure hunt tasks related to the product! Sea view lunch at Al Porticciolo Restaurant in Cefalu specialized in local fish. After lunch transfer to Abbazia of San t Anastasia, a magical place : an ancient benedictine abbey converted into an elegant charming residence where guests will taste some of the 18 wines produced in the estate.

10 Restaurants WINE TASTING AND DINNER AT OSTERIA BALLARO Osteria Ballaro takes its name from Ballaro, the most ancient street market of Palermo. Sicialian cuisine, a great variety of local wine and the best specialties local cuisine will be served. Wine tasting will be followed by dinner.

12 Venues CHARLESTON RESTAURANT The famous Charleston restaurant is a charming elegant venue hosted in the prestigious villa owned by Conti Bernard de La Gatinais. Just few steps from the seaside along Lungomare di Mondello, the building was built in the early 900, all liberty style. Fine gourmet menu in a special wonderful atmosphere!

13 Venues PALAZZO CONTE FEDERICO Palazzo Conte Federico is one of the oldest and most important buildings in Palermo. It is in the centre of the old city only a few steps away from the Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the Cappella Palatina. The Palace dates back to the 12th century and is Arabic- Norman origin. Above the double-arched Norman windows can be seen the coat of arms of the imperial family of the Hohenstaufen, of the kingdom of Aragonia and the city of Palermo. In the course of the centuries Count Federico's palace has undergone several reconstructions. In the numerous halls valuable antiques and paintings can be admired. Of special notice is the weapon collection in the knights' hall.

The Villa is made of innumerable spaces, sober and elegant: the ancient rooms of the plain earth and the noble plan, decorated with Eighteenth-century frescos that bring motives for garlands and vegetables and the the modern rooms of the lower floor, with wood beams to enjoy.
