3 GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS VALIDITY The present price list cancels and replaces any previous one. Clei is entitled to modify its products or revise its prices even without any notice PRICES The prices here showed are Public Offering Prices, in Euro currency. VAT, duties, cost for projecting and installation are not included. ORDERS Orders received from customers must read the code of each piece as showed in the present price list, and must be completed by a corresponding technical drawing. All orders will be acknowledged. CLEI acknowledgement constitutes proof of compliance with the order placed, and they must be carefully checked by the customer. They are considered accepted by the customer if no objections nor variations are sent to CLEI within 2 days after their transmission by fax/ , and the production of the goods will start accordingly. Any change on orders already acknowledged and therefore already in process, will be debited on the basis of the status of the production and to the kind of variation requested. DELIVERY DATE Delivery date on the acknowledgement of order is just approximate. CLEI can not be liable for delay in delivery, so no subjected to penalty DELIVERIES / TRANSPORT : Delivery is done by International Transporter, at ex-factory terms. As a result Clei does not assume responsibility for any damage occurred to the goods during transport. Goods are wrapped in plastic, with protection on corners and edges, and packed in thick carton boxes suitable for long travels. For any different kind of package (crates, pallets) an overcharge of Euro 150,00 will be applied PAYMENT Terms of payment agreed and written on the acknowledgement of order can not be changed In case of late payment, any further discount agreed for cash payment will be reversed, and bank charges and interests on arrears will be debited to the customer, at the current rate.clei is entitled to hold deliveries in case of lack of payment of previous invoices, even partial. If delivered goods do not comply with customer s order, or they are defective or received damaged due to transport, payment can not be delayed waiting for the pieces in replacement. Merchandise delivered remains exclusive property of CLEI, until full payment of the agreed price and of any further related charge. TOLERANCE Uniformity of wood grain and wood colour can not be assured when different modular pieces are combined, especially if parts are ordered in different periods. Samples of finishes, fabric and lacquers are just as an indication, since it is technically not possible to have the same tone during time. Placing the order, the buyer declares to accept these tolerances. SPECIAL MANUFACTURING Clei can not accept requests of variations for special manufacturing, with the exception of the ones considered in the present price list The overcharge for cut - to - size pieces is indicated in the price list. CLAIMS: Any claim about goods must be sent us in writing within 15 days from receipt of merchandise, with related photos. RETURN OF GOODS: We can not accept returns of goods, unless authorized in writing by CLEI. In this case all pieces must be properly packed and they must be sent at no charges to CLEI s warehouse in Carugo (CO). The status of the goods will be carefully checked in CLEI s warehouse and missing/damaged parts will be debited to customer. If goods returned show any damage not linked to a complained defect, or are free from defects in material or workmanship, CLEI will debit to customer the corresponding value. In case of refused goods, the amount of the credit will be determined according to the date of the purchase, the kind of product, and its price. TECHNICAL DETAILS The technical details listed on the present price list are just an indication and they are not binding for our company. CLEI is entitled to modify its products with the aim to enhance them, as well as cancel any of them from the present price list. For this reason as well, CLEI can not be liable if not in the position to supply a replacement part TRANSFORMABLE SYSTEMS - REMARKS The transformable systems, both independent than integrated in composition (tilting beds, revolving beds, elements with sliding/ lifting up /tilting system, bunk beds) have been tested for mechanical resistance and for safety. The installation of the product must be workmanlike according to the assembling instructions written on the leaflet provided together with the goods and placed inside the packaging of the merchandise INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER We suggest to inform the user of those transformable systems requested to be fixed to the wall to check periodically all the fixing points as well as the correct working of the opening/closing devices, considering the possible stress due to the daily use. TRANSFORMABLE SYSTEMS - INDUSTRIAL INVENTION PATENT The transformable systems CABRIO, DOC, NUOVOLIOLA 10, ATOLL, ITO, POPPI BOARD, LGM, LGS, BED BASE CF09 are protected by patent in force and as a result by the related provisions of the law.therefore our company has the right to prosecute any copy. REMARKS CLEI is not responsible for printing mistakes in the present price list, as well as for wrong information about the features of the products, and for error in the translation from the Italian version. COMPETENT COURT Any dispute is under the only and exclusive competence of the Italian Court. 01

116 Transformable System TELEMACO Model Telemaco 90 and Telemaco 120 Tilting single bed available in two sizes, with slatted base, vertical opening system, integrated or independent. As option, this model can have either a front table that tilts while the bed opens and takes place horizontally underneath the bed base, or a front stuffed relax element, that remains underneath the bed base in the night configuration. Opening and closing of the system is possible thanks to lateral hooks placed between bed base and vertical side panel. The bed leans on metal feet, coming out the bed frame during opening.
