1 VALENTINE FRUIT KABOBS Popsicle Sticks Small Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter Strawberry Yogurt Fruit: Watermelon, Honeydew & Cantaloupe 1. Peel and slice fruit into sections. Take the cookie cutter to make heart shaped fruit. 2. Insert the Popsicle stick into the heart shaped fruit, having each fruit on the stick. 3. Dip in yogurt for a yummy snack. SWEETHEART SANDWICHES Whole Wheat Bread Large & Small Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter Mashed Raspberries Peanut Butter 1. Cut out a large hearts of bread. 2. Thinly spread mashed raspberries and peanut butter on the heart shaped bread. 3. Put together to make a sandwich.

2 LOVE DAY PUNCH Glasses Heart Shaped Ice Cube Trays 100% Grapefruit Juice 1 qrt. 100% Cranberry Juice 2 qrts Water Fresh Raspberries & Oranges for garnish 1. Freeze 100% Grapefruit juice in ice tray for ice cubes. 2. Mix the cranberry juice and water in a bowl. 3. Place ice cubes in glasses and pour mix in to each. Add garnish in after. YOGURT IN A BASKET Strawberries Plain Greek Yogurt Bran Flakes 1. Wash strawberries and scoop out the inside. 2. Fill the strawberries with Greek yogurt. 3. Crumble the Bran Flakes and sprinkle on top of yogurt.

3 A POT OF GOLD AT THE END OF THE RAINBOW Rainbow: 1 cup Red Seedless Grapes 1 ½ cup Blueberries 1 ½ cup Kiwi, peeled and sliced 2 cups Pineapple 3 Mandarin Oranges, peeled and separated 2 cups Strawberries, sliced 1 Ripe Banana, sliced 1. On a plate assemble the fruit in a rainbow, like the picture above. 2. Mix the yogurt and 100% frozen orange juice in a bowl and place it at the end of the rainbow. Pot of Gold: 1-6oz Low-Fat Greek Yogurt 2 tbsp 100% Frozen Orange Juice

4 THE LUCKY LEPRECHAUN SMOOTHIE 1 cup Frozen Strawberries 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries 1 Banana 1 cup Low-Fat Milk 1 cup 100% Orange Juice ¼ cup Fresh Baby Spinach 1. Mix all ingredients in a blended until at desired consistency. 2. Serve in a glass and enjoy! RAINBOW OF VEGGIES OVER A HILL OF SPINACH ARTICHOKE HUMMUS The Hummus: 1 15oz Can of Chickpeas 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach 1 cup Can of Quarter Artichoke Hearts ¼ cup Olive Oil 2 tbsp Lemon Juice The Veggies: Red Pepper, sliced Orange Pepper, sliced Yellow Pepper, sliced Green Pepper, sliced Cauliflower, florets 1. Place all of the hummus ingredients into a blender. Plus until smooth. 2. Make a rainbow out of the peppers, and clouds of cauliflower.

5 EASTER BUNNY FUN Apples & Strawberries & Blueberries Cheddar Cheese Carrots & Cucumber Almonds or halved grapes for the smile 3. Pre cut the ingredients: Apples in to slices, carrots and celery in to sticks, strawberries in half, and cheese in to round slices. 4. Allow the kids to assemble there own bunny. A BUNNIES FAVOURITE SMOOTHIE 2 cups 100% Carrot Juice 2 cups 100% Orange Juice 2 cups 100% Frozen Pineapple Juice 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until desired consistency. Serve immediately.

6 MOMMA AND CHICKIES 2Eggs Black Goma Sesame Seeds 1 Carrot Toothpick 1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover the eggs with 2 inches of water. 2. Bring the pot to a boil. Once at a boil, turn the heat OFF. 4. Prep a bowl filled half with ice water, set aside. When 12 minutes are up, drain the eggs and place them into the ice water to cool. 5. Once cooled, crack and shell them. 6. Cut a slice of carrot, cut out small wedge shapes. Set aside. 7. Take a toothpick and poke two holes for eye. Place the black sesame seeds in. Do the same for the carrot nose. 8. Slice the other egg in half. Place the sesames seeds and carrot wedges in the yolk. A CARROT GARDEN Baby Carrots Parsley Hummus Small Pot & Plastic Cup 1. Put hummus in the plastic cups & the plastic cups in the pots. 2. Take a toothpick and poke holes at the top of each carrot. Place parsley in holes. Place carrots in hummus.
