A typical aperitif in Spain served over ice with a slice of Orange or Lemon peel - but some people choose to drink it throughout their meal. It has a delicious herbal and refreshing flavour and comes in White, Red and a bitter, aged Red style. Our Vermouth is served in 70ml measures and with plenty of ice - if you would like to add a little Soda to it also let us know but we recommend without.
