2 Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry `Borgo Del Col Alto` NV Veneto, Italy Prosecco is the fashionable dry sparkling wine produced from Glera (formally known as prosecco) grapes grown in the hills of Treviso, Veneto region. It is a pale and delicate wine with a fine mousse and persistent fine bubbles. The clean fruity aromatic bouquet contains hints of flowers, honey and apple leading to a well balanced, light and fresh palate. Cuvee Rose Heritage Classic, Pinot Nero Brut N.V Northern Italy This traditional sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir is a pale pink in colour with a soft fruity and floral nose. The palate has a lovely, creamy mousse with pleasant redcurrant, strawberry and raspberry notes complemented by a fresh acidity. Champagne Lombard et Cie Brut Reference N.V Champagne, France Dominated by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this brut champagne is a beautiful straw yellow in colour with reflections of gold. The nose is fresh and fruity with touches of vanilla and there is an abundance of fine persistent bubbles. The palate is rounded and full of stewed apple and white peach flavours with pastry notes and a citric acidity which all combine in the mouth and lead into a pleasant, toasty finish. Hindleap Classic Cuvee Brut Bluebell Vineyard Estates East Sussex, England, The Hindleap vineyard was planted in 2005 on chalk and sandstone soils adjacent to the Bluebell Railway and fringes of the Ashdown Forest. Like Champagne, it is produced by the traditional method; a second fermentation in the bottle which creates the natural sparkle. Fragrant and floral on the nose, the palate has notes of orange zest, citrus, white blossom and fresh green apple. The creamy mousse is well balanced by a crisp and fresh acidity. Champagne Laurent Perrier La Cuvee Brut N.V Champagne, France Pale gold in colour with a delicate and complex nose, with hints of citrus and white fruits. Fresh and easy on the palate, with a creamy mousse and notes of honeysuckle, ripe peach, citrus and a slight toasty note on the finish. Well balanced with a fresh acidity.

3 Le Pionnier Blanc, Ugni Blanc / Colombard Cotes de Gascogne, France Le Pionnier is situated in IGP Comte Tolosan in Gascogny. A crisp floral white wine from the south west of France has an aroma of citrus fruits, particularly grapefruit, with hints of ripe pear and tomato leaf. These flavours linger on the palate with hints of exotic fruits, a fresh lime acidity and vivacious finish. Malvesia Allegri Salento Puglia, Italy The Salento peninsula of the Puglia region has a climate cooled by the Adriatic and Ionian seas which allows the production of elegant white wines. This fragrant Malvasia is an easy drinking, well balanced wine with an attractive floral bouquet of iris and acacia. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with nuances of tropical and stone fruit flavours, a well structured and rounded mouthfeel is balanced by a crisp and refreshing acidity. Chardonnay `unoaked` La Playa Colchagua Valley, Chile From the Colchagua Valley in Chile, this rich golden, yellow Chardonnay offers fresh tropical fruit aromas of papaya, pineapple and mango combined with floral and honeyed notes with ripe citrus fruits. It is a fresh, medium-bodied wine with a good structure, balanced by a pleasant and crisp acidity.

It is a variety that makes crisp dry white wines, combining perfume with substance. Combined with Pinot Blanc this is an immensely fresh wine with aromas of blossom and some herbal notes. Flavours of white peach, lemon and crisp green apple burst onto the palate and are complemented by a fine minerality, finishing with vibrant acidity. Bacchus, Chapel Down Tenterden, Kent 2017 A great example of a quality English wine white and from a grape variety that is becoming regarded as the still wine varietal of England. A crisp, refreshing highly aromatic white wine characterised by gooseberry and elderflower on the nose. The palate is fresh and zesty with flavours of nettle, kiwi and freshly cut grass leading to a crisp, dry finish. Riesling Trocken, Dr.Burklin-Wolf, Biodynamic Pfalz, Germany Dr Bürklin-Wolf`s signature riesling made from the estate`s vineyards at the foothills of the Pfalz. This wine has a full, rich bouquet of ripe apple, pear and apricot. The stone fruit flavours continue on the palate with a refreshing streak of acidity and strong flavours of lime; the key characteristic of the riesling grape variety. Chablis Domaine Alain Gautheron Burgundy, France The Gautheron estate has been family owned for five generations making very traditional Chablis from 25ha of vineyard. Their Chablis offers fresh, floral aromas, appley fruit and complex, rich mineral character derived from the subtle influence of the chalky vineyard soils. Fermentation and maturation is in vat to preserve the fresh steely flavours and lively balanced citrus finish. Montagny 1er Cru `Le Vieux Chateau` Domaine des Moirots Burgundy, France This Montagny 1er Cru from the Domaine des Moirots, originates from one of the prestige vineyards of Montagny amid the ruins of a medieval tower of Buxy castle. A brilliant golden yellow in colour, this has a very attractive bouquet of tropical fruit flavours. It is an excellent balance between ripeness and freshness with a flinty minerality. Well structured with a creamy mouthfeel and exotic fruits which linger on the finish.

5 La Loupe Carignan Rose Salmon pink in colour, this rose has a lovely nose of summer fruits and blossom. The palate is crisp and clean with a good citric acidity and flavours of strawberry, raspberry and red cherry with subtle floral hints of rose and blossom. A perfect summer wine, easy-drinking and very fresh.

6 Le Pionnier Rouge, Carignan / Grenache La Pionnier is produced in the Languedoc region between Narbonna and Béziers. This soft and fruity wine is a traditional Languedoc blend of Grenache and Carignan. It is is generous and supple on the palate with an intricate structure. Layers of soft summer fruits and rich berry flavours reflect the warmth of the Mediterranean, with a subtle spicy finish. Negroamaro Allegri, Salento Puglia, Italy An attractive easy drinking red from Puglia in the stiletto heel of Italy which is renowned for making juicy and easy drinking red wines. Made from the Negroamaro grape variety, it is a soft and inviting with red with ripe red fruits on the nose and juicy red cherries and redcurrants with subtle tannins on the palate. Its supple and robust character reflects the warm sun and ripe fruit of this remote Mediterranean region Merlot Forteresse, A soft elegant and easy drinking Merlot from selected vineyard sites around the medieval fortifications of Carcassonne in the south of France. Deep ruby red in colour, modern winemaking ensures that La Forteresse delivers instant pleasure with soft and supple, mouth filling ripe fruit, a peppery nose and light tannins to balance. Rioja Tempranillo, Fincas de Azabache Spain The Azabache winery in the heart of Rioja is well known for its wines. A vibrant, unoaked and supple red, made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes grown in the dry Baja region of Rioja. This plummy, soft seductive wine exhibits typical Tempranillo character of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and plum with notes of liquorice and finishes soft and rounded. Avanti Malbec / Shiraz San Juan, Argentina A 50/50 blend of Shiraz and Malbec, this wine is a deep ruby red in colour with purple hues. The nose is aromatic with jammy red fruit aomas with an undertone of white pepper. The palate is full of beautiful ripe cherry fruit from the Malbec, combined with the spicy character of Shiraz, gives a soft easy drinking red with sweet cherry and autumn berry fruits and rounded structure.

7 Copperstone Creek Shiraz, Warburn Estate South East Australia A classic Shiraz produced by Warburn Estates from the warm Riverina vineyards on the northern side of the Murray River in New South Wales. The wine delivers an aromatic aroma of fruitcake and plums. On the palate there are powerful lifted notes of spice and mint. A polished example of Australia`s redolent, signature grape. Pinot Noir 1620, Lorgeril The wines from Pays d`oc around Carcassonne in Southern France originate from a unique terroir. Ruby red in colour, this Pinot Noir is bursting with fresh red fruits on the nose. Smooth on the palate with flavours of red cherries, raspberries, violets and blackcurrant leaf. Well-structured with light tannins, a restrained acidity and a long, fresh finish. Chianti Colli Senesi, Poggio Cavalli Tuscany, Italy This soft and rounded wine is a modern style of Chianti from the south of Tuscany, made to emphasise its ripe and vibrant fruit. It is blended from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes to give a medium body with fresh red fruits, a touch of oak from a brief maturation in barrel gives sweet spice and toasty notes to the palate. The finish is long with well integrated tannins. Chateau de Fonbel, Grand Cru St. Emilion, France A superb and relatively unknown treasure, owned by the Vauthier family of Chateau Ausone fame. The 19 hectares of Chateau de Fonbel vineyard sit on the sandy gravel soils immediately below the slopes of Chateau Ausone and support predominantly Merlot and some Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

The palate has an oppulent sweetness balanced perfectly with a fresh acidity and a long, fruity finish. Monbazillac Seigneurs cl Bergerac, France The wine is made using grapes shrivelled by botrytis, also known as`noble rot` which dehydrates the grapes, concentrating the sugars. The grapes are then picked and sorted by hand. It has a golden yellow colour with aromas of ripe apricots and candied orange. Smooth and rounded in the mouth, the sweetness is perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity.
