Flavours of ripe gooseberry blend with peach and melon characters. Italy Pinot Grigio Principato 75cl White Pinot Grigio 12.0% Dry, crisp and fresh fruity rosé with delicate aromas of red berries and a palate of lush summer fruits. Refreshing and easy to drink but not frivolous. Chile La Joya Viognier 75cl White Viognier 14.0% White peach - Ripe Apricot Fresh Germany Riesling Pflaz Wolf 75cl White Riesling 11.5% Honeyed, peachy, green apple fruit New Zealand Rongopai Marlborough Sauv Blanc 75cl White Sauvignon 12.0% Fruit driven with refreshing apple and melon notes. There is a nice juicy weight to this wine with a fine structure and a pleasantly long spicy finish. Argentina Argento Chardonnay 75cl White Chardonnay 13.2% An exceptional, lightly oaked Chardonnay which offers aromas of ripe citrus and tropical fruits. Concentrated grapefruit, apple and pear fruit flavours. France Burgundy Chablis, Olivier Tricon 75cl White Chardonnay 12.5% This is benchmark Chablis, with crisp, citrus overtones and a mineral finish. Chile Finca Ramos Sauvignon 75cl White Sauvignon 12.0% Fresh, Vibrant & Fruity, abundant aromas of pineapple, gooseberry & elderflower. Hints of nettle and a lingering finish France Loire Sancerre Eric Louis 75cl White Sauvignon 12.5% The grape variety used is Sauvignon Blanc, meaning that Sancerre is light and refreshing with grassy and gooseberry aromas and flavours. 2 Red Wines France Petite Fleur Cabernet Sauvignon 75c Red Cabernet Sauvignon 13.0% Ruby red black fruits & spicy notes Australia Long Acre Shiraz 75cl Red Shiraz 14.0% Rich fruits on the nose, including plums and red berries, which carry through onto the palate, with a good ripe tannin structure, friendly and approachable. New Zealand Akau Pinot Noir 75cl Red Pinot Noir 13.0% Fruit- driven with plum, black cherry and spicy oak aromas. A medium level of soft, ripe tannins provides a silky texture to this lingering, accessible wine. Argentina Argento Malbec 75cl Red Malbec 13.5% Dark violet in colour with aromas of black stone fruit and notes of chocolate. Black fruit flavours with a touch of sweet spice lead to a lingering finish. A good mid- palate sweetness and a fine- grained finish. France Rhone Chateauneuf Du Pape Cuvee De L'Hospice 75cl Red Blend 15.0% An expressive bouquet of red fruits on the nose. Ample palate with a great structure and generous and complex characteristics of this famous appellation. South Africa Tall Horse Pinotage 75cl Red Pinotage 14.0% Strawberry and raspberry aromas with vanilla spice. Soft and medium bodied palate with ripe silky tannins and vanilla spice providing a balanced finish. Italy Riva Leone Barbera 75cl Red Barbera 13.5% Dark berry fruits with a core of fine tannins and barbera acidity, an ideal accompaniment for hearty game, pheasant and pasta dishes.

3 Rose Wines Italy Pinot Grigio Principato Blush 75cl Rose Pinot Grigio 12.0% A delicate coloured, pale salmon pink. Elegantly scented peachy, floral characters on the nose. Juicy, ripe berry fruit fill the palate with good acidity and an off dry finish. USA One World Orchid Boulevard White Zinfandel 75cl Rose Zinfandel 10.5% Youthfully brilliant salmon pink hue. Aromas of fresh strawberries, pomegranate and hints of floral undertones. France Loire Sancerre Rose, Domaine Des Vieux Pruniers 75cl Rose Blend 13.0% Dry and light with a mouth- watering layer of red fruits covering its vivacious, mineral acidity lending elegance and poise to the long, crisp finish. Sparkling Wines R. 41. Marquis de la Tour Brut NV 75cl 11.0% A fun and fresh sparkling wine that places the emphasis on crisp, fresh fruit with soft green apple, lemon and peach flavours and a gentle fizz. Marquis de la Tour Rose NV 75cl 12.0% A bright salmon pink with fine bubbles. Delicate and elegant, with notes of strawberries and raspberries. Round and fresh with fine bubbles and a long red fruit finish. Italia Prosecco 75cl 11.5% Pale green with lemon hues. Hints of apple and peach on the nose. Light and delicate with citrus notes - this wine is dry, soft and creamy.

Veuve Cliquot Vintage Reserve 75cl 12.0% Vintage champagne is rich flavoursome and fruity, and Clicquot make one of the best Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, La Grande Dame 75cl 12.0% Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé Nv 75cl 12.0% Luminous, fresh, pink with initial aromas of red fruits leading to dried fruits and biscuit notes. Lanson Black Label Nv Champagne 75cl 12.5% A brilliant straw colour with hints of amber, the nose is vibrant with hints of toast and flowers leading onto a palate of citrus and ripe fruits. 34 Dom Perignon Vintage Brut cl 12.5% A luxurious and contemporary classic, on the nose, aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruit with hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity.

Fleur Fields Rosé 75cl 11% Mercian Vineyards Annual Wine Challenge Bronze medal winner This is an award winning wine which has a refreshing delicate nose and well balanced long finish, comparable to a Pinot Grigio Rosé. Fleur Fields Sparkling Rosé, Champs D Amour Rose 75cl 12% Mercian Vineyards Annual Wine Challenge Gold medal winner (The first and only sparkling rosé to win this award) Another award winning wine, this sparkling Rosé is light and delicate wine with a balanced, refreshing and clean finish. Bulgarian Wine World famous concert pianist Ivo Varbanov owns and operates a vineyard in South Sakar, Bulgaria, offering Grand Cru quality wines at an unbeatable price. Ivo Varbanov Chardonnay (Clare de Lune) cl 13.5% Fermented and aged in a 600 litre oak barrel, only 400 bottles of this wine have been produced and we are lucky enough to be able to offer you this lively and elegant wine. Hints of vanilla and dry citrus balanced by a creamy texture and finish. Match with fish and white meat, will work well with our Organic lamb and duck. Ivo Varbanov Merlot, Syrah, Mavrud (Open Mood) cl 14.3% Another limited run of only 1300 bottles, this wine was blended by famous sommelier Raphael Thierry at the Bibigo restaurant, London. Mainly Merlot and Shiraz, a well- balanced and rich red, offering notes of cocoa and redcurrant. Velvety to taste with pronounced tannins to finish. Ideal with all of our Pedigree Hereford beef dishes.
