1 1.- Organizing company. ACEVIN s Wine Routes of Spain Products Club is holding a CONTEST/DRAWING called Wine Lovers Lack of association with Facebook. Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or manage this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user is completely dissociated from Facebook and is aware that they are providing their information to the Spanish Association of Wine Cities (ACEVIN) and not to Facebook. The information that you provide will be used to manage the drawing of the prizes, to communicate the results of the drawing, and to send newsletters and promotions regarding the tourism offerings of the Wine Routes of Spain certified by ACEVIN. 3.- Purpose and mechanics of the contest. The promotion consists of a photo contest/drawing, in which you must send 1 image enjoying wine tourism on any of the 25 Wine Routes of Spain during the dates that the promotion is held. It does not matter if photos are uploaded on the same day or different days as long as participation takes place within the contest period. All participating photos must meet the following requirements: They must all be accompanied by the promotional hashtag #WineLovers35. Photos must be authentic and original, and must be taken on one of the 25 Wine Routes of Spain certified by ACEVIN. Photos can be normal or selfies (a self-portrait which shows the participant on one of the Wine Routes). Any photo that does not meet these conditions will automatically be disqualified from the contest. In order to participate you must be a fan our Facebook page Rutas del Vino de España, fill in the form with your personal details, and upload an image of yourself that meets the aforementioned requirements. This registration on the application implies acceptance of participation in the Wine Routes of Spain contest. The way to win the prizes is the following: - Enopack #Under35: the enopack will consist of a weekend with at least one tour of a winery with wine tasting, a meal at a restaurant, a cultural visit and accommodation for two people. The enopack will be able to be enjoyed on the dates chosen by the winners, as long as there are available reservations in the corresponding establishments and in any case before the 10th of December of The winners will be able to choose their enopack, which will have a maximum value of 200. The winner of the drawing will freely select their enopack from those indicated in section 7 which are available to be enjoyed. The winner will be contacted using the data provided in their registration for the promotion in order to manage the reservation of the enopack on the desired dates, as long as it is before the 10th of December of 2015, and being able to choose between the previously presented wine tourism packages. The enopacks do not include transportation costs incurred.

2 4.- Duration and Location. The contest will begin on the 1st of July and will end on the 31st of July. Once the campaign is over, the selection of winners will proceed. There is no limit to the geographic location of participants, as long as the photos they use to participate meet the requirements. 5.-Requirements to participate. The following people can participate in the Contest/Drawing: All adults that are fans of the official Facebook page Rutas del Vino de España and have a real Facebook user profile. Only those under the age of 35 compete to win the contest. That is, if a person over 35 gets first place in the contest by having the most voted photograph, they will not win due to exceeding the age limit. The following people cannot participate: Fraudulent profiles and/or profiles that participate with photos that do not meet the requirements. In addition, no person with any kind of direct or indirect relationship with ACEVIN, the Wine Routes of Spain Products Club, or any other certified Wine Route can participate in the contest/drawing. Nor can employees that work for members of each certified Wine Route, nor any of their immediate families, as well as the employees of companies providing services to the Spanish Association of Wine Cities (ACEVIN). 6.- Selection of winner/winners, alternates, communication and delivery. Prizes: From among all participants that upload a photo that meets the requirements, four winners will be selected as follows: - The first three winners will be those whose photos get the most votes via the EasyPromos contest platform that Wine Routes of Spain will enable during the month of July. - The fourth winner will be chosen at random from among all participants (except the first three winners), assigning a number to each participant, from which the fourth enopack winner will be obtained. The names of the winners will be published on the website and the organization will get in contact with them via the address or phone number provided with contest participation. If unable to contact the winner within 7 days from the first attempt of contact, or they refuse the prize, the selection of a new winner will proceed (the next person whose photo has obtained the most votes or by doing a new drawing, as applicable), with the previous winner losing their right to claim the prize. 7.- Prizes. The three winners of the photo contest and the winner of the drawing will be able to choose a tour package from those presented below and enjoy it before the 10th of December of All of the enopacks contain, at a minimum, a tour of a winery, a lunch or dinner, and accommodation for two people: Bierzo Enoturismo: two on the road. Tour of two wineries and tasting of their wines, lunch at a restaurant, accommodation with breakfast included, route among vineyards and tasting of wines on part of the Camino de Santiago. Bierzo Enoturismo: on two wheels in El Bierzo. Tour of two wineries and tasting of their wines, lunch at a restaurant, accommodation and breakfast included, bike rental. Enoturisme Penedès: wine tourism by bike. Guided bike ride surrounded by vineyards, double room with breakfast, special dinner and tour of a cellar with tasting of its products.

3 Enoturisme Penedès: night among vineyards. Romantic accommodation among vineyards with buffet breakfast included, complimentary bottle of Brut Nature cava in the room as a gift, gourmet meal to share or penedés menu, welcome gift pack, tour of a winery with commentated wine tasting and tasting of its products, guided tour of the chocolate museum with tasting included Grenache Route: among wine and poetry. To enjoy the chosen prize, the winners must contact Wine Routes of Spain via the address winelovers35@wineroutesofspain.com, informing them of the package selected from those previously presented and indicate the dates that they intend to make the reservation for (as long as the trip is made before the 10th of December of 2015). Wine Routes of Spain will manage their booking, viewing the availability of the indicated dates for the selected package. In the event that the dates indicated by the winner are not available, an alternative solution will be offered: proposing other dates or selecting a different tourism package. Only those under the age of 35 can be compete to be winners, but the age of the partner they will share the enopack with does not matter. 8.- Reservations and limitations. ACEVIN is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners that prevents their identification. This excludes any liability for damages and losses of any nature that may result in the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the services used to participate in the promotion, fraudulent use that users could have attributed to the aforementioned, and in particular, though not exclusively, to failures to access the various pages and send participation responses via the Internet. It reserves the right to make changes that result in the successful conclusion of the contest where just cause or reasons of force majeure occur which prevent its conclusion in the manner described by these rules. It reserves the right to postpone or extend the contest period, as well as the power to interpret these legal rules. Furthermore, the organizing company will remain exempt from all liability if any of the mentioned events occurs, as well as any liability for damages or losses that could occur during the enjoyment of the prize. 9.- Data protection. The data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated personal data file, with ACEVIN having ownership and responsibility of said file with the objective of its management. It ensures full compliance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, dated the 13th of December on the Protection of Personal Data for the treatment of personal data collected in this DRAWING, in particular as regards rights to information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the personal data of the contestants Acceptance of the rules. Mere participation in the contest implies acceptance of these Rules, therefore expression of non-acceptance of all or some of the Rules will result in disqualification.
