1 797 Plant Improvement Act (53/1976): Regulations relating to application of the Act: Amendment STAATSKOERANT, 4 SEPTEMBER 2015 No DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES NO SEPTEMBER 2015 PLANT IMPROVEMENT ACT, 1976 (ACT No. 53 OF 1976) REGULATIONS RELATING TO APPLICATION OF THE ACT: AMENDMENT The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, acting under Section 34 of the Plant Improvement Act, 1976 (Act No. 53 of 1976), has made the following regulations in the Schedule SCHEDULE 1. In this Schedule the Regulations means the regulations relating to the application of the Act published by Government Notice No. R of 12 September 1986, as amended by Government Notices Nos. R of 26 June 1987, R of 9 December 1988, and R of 12 July 1991 (as corrected by R of 16 August 1991), R of 18 September 1992, R of 27 August 1993, R of 29 October 1993, R. 512 of 18 March 1994, R of 26 August 1994, R. 96 of 24 January 1997 and R. 54 of 1 February Addition of the following genus in the alphabetical correct position in Schedule B: Prunus spp. (Prunus rootstock) 3.
