Write the Additional Declarations for EACH country SEPARATELY (in quotation marks) in the AD box (you may have to use an attachment). ACOs: Scan or fax a copy of the FPC to your ECS as soon as possible so that it can be forwarded to Export Services. Export Services will then forward the FPC to the plant protection officials in Chile so as to explain the situation with them to avoid any confusion (re: delays)
