2 HELLO & WELCOME TO ANNIE S BURGER SHACK! The original taste of New England in Nottingham Since 2009 Annie has brought the authentic taste of Rhode Island to Nottingham with a unique twist... Annie is proud to offer all of her original recipes and famous monthly themed burgers as either 100% Vegan, Veggie or Meaty Yes that s right. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE! We make authentic Rhode Island style burgers. Our Meaty burgers are a delicate mix of prime Beef (85%) & Pork (15%) mince from the most select farms in the East Midlands. Our burgers contain paprika, which gives them a pink appearance. Please rest assured that each burger is cooked to perfection & individually temperature checked before being served. An important part of our ethos is that we try to cater for everyone, so if you have a preference or a specific dietary requirement, please ask & we will do our utmost to accommodate this. We pride ourselves on our ability to create your burger in the way you like it. Burgers are served on a toasted classic sesame bun with crisp iceberg lettuce, vine tomato slices and mayonnaise. ALL BURGERS COME WITH A CHOICE OF FRIES Choose from curly fries, skinny fries, homemade Cajun or salted wedges. Change your fries to sweet potato or onion rings for an additional 1.50 The Bacon Blues / Burger topped with two thick slices of bacon & generous chunks of fine blue cheese. The Bacon Cheddar / A bacon covered burger, topped with melted American style Cheddar cheese. The BB King / 8.90 Chicken breast smothered in our own hickory-smoked sticky BBQ sauce. Garnished with fresh coriander. The Big Breakfast / A burger topped with square Scottish sausage patty, thick bacon slice & a local free range fried egg, all covered with grilled mushrooms. The Boston Nibbler / {Double} / {Single} The biggest yet! Double or single burgers topped with Swiss & Cheddar cheese slices, grilled pineapple, two bacon rashers, tangy American burger sauce & onion rings.

3 The Broadway / A burger layered with Scottish sausage patty, grilled chicken breast, a thick slice of bacon, melted American style Cheddar cheese & a choice of our authentic tasty sauces on the side. The Caribbean / Authentic jerk spiced chicken or beef burger. Topped with Caribbean Jerk sauce, onions, peppers & a fresh grilled pineapple ring. The Classic / 8.90 The original, simple favourite. A delicious burger grilled to perfection. Smothered with melted American style Cheddar cheese. The Deathray / This one should come with a warning sign! Burger topped with American style Cheddar cheese, jalapeños, onions & peppers, slathered in pure hot chilli paste. Topped off with a whole grilled Scotch Bonnet. The Delta / 9.20 This burger is covered with melted American style Cheddar cheese & finished with original Mississippi style burger sauce, then topped with onion rings, black olives & spicy jalapeños. The Elvis / 9.20 Inspired by the King. A half-pound burger smothered with peanut butter & raspberry jam (or jelly, if you want to call it that). It sounds weird, but hey, it really works! The Fajita / Burger topped with Mexican spiced sautéed onions & peppers, American style Cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, fresh cilantro salsa & a black olive to top. The German / 9.90 A burger covered in delicious authentic grilled sauerkraut & American mustard. NEW - The Greek / Burger topped with our own Greek Tzatziki, delicious homemade crispy spinach mushroom & Greek Feta patty covered with big chunks of crumbled Real Greek Feta, black olives, drizzle of olive oil & a pinch of Greek salad. The Gringo / Burger topped with crispy tortilla basket, chilli garlic sauce, filled with Mexican spiced rice, refried beans, salsa, sour cream and a green Mexican chilli sticking out the middle.
