1 Wedding Package Pricing We ve got three different package options for weddings at TownHall: All-Inclusive, Venue Only, and Custom. With these options, we can provide as much or as little as you d like us to. All Wedding Packages Include: Gorgeous 10-acre setting with 2-acre stocked pond All day venue access: 8am until midnight One hour after event to gather personal items (as late as 1am) Up to 4 hours the day before your wedding for rehearsal and/or decorating (if available) Award-Winning black 1954 Chevy truck available for photos Use of property for engagement photos and/or bridal portraits Three outdoor ceremony locations: Palapa (covered), Gazebo, or Old Western Town 3,000 square foot climate-controlled barn for indoor events Outdoor bar pavilion for cocktail hour Bridal Cabin with full kitchen, bathroom, and dressing room Groom s Cabin with pool table, kitchenette, bathroom, and dressing room Tables (60 round or 6' rectangular) White resin folding chairs for ceremony and brown wooden folding chairs for reception Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and anything else we provide Cleanup crew after event Parking Attendant Two TownHall Texas staff members on site during entire event Bartender(s) for 5 hours Special discounted rates for wedding-weekend rooms at local hotels Ability to bring in your own alcohol Venue Only Saturday: $5,250 Friday or Sunday: $4,250 Monday-Thursday: $3,500 No restrictions on vendors. No charges for using your own vendors. Custom Package starts with Venue Only pricing. Security Policy: Events with alcohol must have at least two officers present for the last four hours of the event. We can hire two Montgomery County officers for you. They are $320 total and should be paid cash on the day of the event. Payment Policy: Deposit of $2,500 required to hold date. 7 TownHall Texas Property Overview Barn Our 3,000-square foot climate-controlled party barn is the perfect place to come in after your ceremony for dinner, drinks, and dancing! Beautiful custom-built wooden bar with kegerator and wine cooler, inset area for head table, DJ, or band, restrooms, and a small kitchen round out the amenities. The barn will comfortably seat 125 with about a 20x30 dance floor space under the disco ball. We ll have all the tables setup when you arrive, and can help you move things around if necessary. Outdoor Bar Area The perfect place for your cocktail hour, cigar bar, kid s activities, or anything else you can think of! The bar is two different pieces and on wheels so it can be moved around. Feel free to use this bar all night long if you d like. Palapa The Palapa on the island of our 2-acre stocked pond is our one covered ceremony location. Between the breeze off the pond and the ceiling fans, this is also our coolest outdoor location. A little too cool for you? We ve got outdoor heaters that can be placed underneath to warm it up. We can accommodate approximately 125 on the deck. Feel free to come early and fish in the pond, too! Gazebo Perfect spot for a more elegant ceremony or to dance the night away under the stars. Patio can hold about 100 chairs; any more than that, we simply continue the rows out into the grass. Lights are strung between the trees and up to the top of the gazebo itself to keep the area lit all night.

8 Old Western Town Perfect location for your rustic ceremony or outdoor reception. The saloon doors make a perfect backdrop for your ceremony and the lights strung between the porch and trees keep the area lit all night. Make sure to check out the jail, saloon, general store, and bank inside! Bridal Cabin Yours for the entire day. Living room and full kitchen for you and your girls to relax in, dressing room with three vanity stations for hair and makeup, and a full bathroom in case anyone needs a shower or a little bit of extra gettingready space. The refrigerator is stocked with bottled water and is available for you to use for anything else you may want to bring in. Doors are locked during the ceremony and you re provided with a keypad code to get back in so all your personal items are kept safe all night long. What else do you need? We ll lock the door during the ceremony so you can leave all your personal items in the cabin all night, but you and your guys will have the keypad code to get back in whenever you need to.
