Housemade Saratoga chips layered with braised beef, caramelized onions, and a blue cheese & bacon sauce. Topped with diced tomato and scallions. 10 Henry Street Chips Ditto on the above! Just topped differently. Housemade Saratoga chips layered with braised pork, cheddar cheese, crispy crumbled pecanwood-smoked bacon, diced red onion & tomato, and drizzled with our signature Chipotle BBQ sauce. 10 Chips & Dip A plate full of housemade Saratoga chips served with your favorite dip. BBQ Sauce 3 Spinach Artichoke Dip (served hot or cold) 5 Baked Pretzel Bites This popular and much requested special is now part of our regular menu - a perfect paring with our beer! Baked and salted pretzel balls served with an ancho chili cheese sauce flavored with our FSB Icebreaker IPA. 6 Asian Lettuce Wraps Your choice of shredded chicken, pork or vegetarian. Slow braised and topped with our signature cilantro-lime dressing, sesame seeds, julienne carrots, and diced scallion. Served with a sweet soy dipping sauce, and iceberg lettuce wraps. Ask your server for a side of spicy asian mustard to complement the sweet soy sauce. 9 Black Bean Hummus Our take on traditional hummus - infused with black beans, topped with a housemade corn and black bean relish and ready to be scooped up with warm pita bread. 8 Cheesy Baja Roll We ve wrapped all your favorite flavors from the southwest into one unique starter! A jalapeno cheddar tortilla wrapped around cheddar cheese, our housemade corn and black bean relish, onions, and red peppers - sliced up and perfect for snacking Add Chicken or Pork to take your Cheesy Baja Roll to the next level! 1.50 each new menu item

This moist and delicious chocolate cake is filled with a decadent chocolate sauce created with our very own Jo Jo s Midnight Stout. It is served hot and garnished with chocolate drizzle and a dusting of powdered sugar.
