Therefore, we ve taken the roasting process into our own hands, by creating our own in-house blend. It is a combination of 25% Papua New Guinea, 25% Peruvian and 50% Brazillian coffee beans with flavour notes of milk chocolate, caramel, toffee, hazelnuts and butterscotch. From there, we roast the beans in our on-site roastery, allowing only the highest standard of beans to be used, you can observe the process, take in the aromas and taste the balance of fragrance and texture created by our baristas. 2 Try our single origin roast Great coffee starts from its origin; coffee beans are grown in over fifty countries worldwide all of them located near the equator between the tropic of Cancer & Capricorn. We are passionate about tracing our coffee to its origin, as the quality and flavour of the coffee beans relates directly to the farm & region where it is grown, some farmers use banana or citrus trees to shade the fruit giving the coffee bean a distinct flavour profile. Our single origin roast is a small batch roast of Micro lot beans sourced from these select farmers and roasted on-site to extract their distinct characteristics. We hope you enjoy the experience.
