Archer Street Clapham will trade until the end of 2018 when the venue will close for refurbishment. Archer Street is an experiential cocktail bar with a lot of personality! CHAMPAGNE Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV This is without doubt one of the finest, yet least known, Grande Marque Champagnes, made with mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. 8 White Wines 175ml Bottle Rame Macabeo From a premium producer in Spain, this dry fresh wine has delicate peach characters and a savoury note, making it very easy drinking. Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio, Delle Venezie The Badalisc is a mythical creature of the wine region, near the Southern Alps. Perfect for this interesting Pinot Grigio filled with ripe fruits and texture. Apple aromas with hints of honey and peach on the palate. Domaine de Vedilhan Sauvignon Blanc, Pays d Oc A wonderfully sunny style of Sauvignon Blanc with delicate floral notes and a light smooth finish. More suitable than New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc but all the delicious characteristics. Peacock Wild Ferment Chardonnay, Stellenbosch From a cool windswept region of South Africa, this unoaked Chardonnay has a restrained mineral style with lots of fruit. 9 Red Wine 175ml Bottle The Rambler Red, Vino da Tavola From vineyard to vineyard, across the lands, the Rambler roams high and low in search of the best wine around. A ripe and approachable red with soft brambly fruits, supple tannins and a rounded finish. Sun & Air Merlot, Western Cape A bright, juicy, varietal Merlot from South Africa. Attractively soft, creamy, chocolatey nose and a palate bathed in dusky spice. Les Volets Pinot Noir, Pays de la Haute Vallée de l Aude The noble grape variety Pinot Noir flourishes in this region in France. Freshly picked raspberries with an underlying savoury taste. Bright red fruits and jam continue to the palate, and are met with structured soft tannins. Adobe Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, Rapel Valley [Organic] Organically certified winery in Chile. This wine has attractive aromas of blackcurrant and crunchy red fruit accompanied by notes of spice. The palate is concentrated and very smooth with great crunchy red fruit character. Rosé Wine 175ml Bottle La Ruchette Dorée, Côtes du Rhône Rosé A Southern French treat, this rosé is vibrant, luscious, fruity and full flavoured. With redcurrant, wild flower and strawberry fruit characters. Domaine de la Vieille Tour Rosé, Côtes de Provence The perfect pale that screams Provence! Delicate aromas are followed by lovely sweet fruit from varietal Grenache grapes. Clean and well balanced with some depth. Please note wines may vary depending on availability.
