An architectural change application must be submitted for approval prior to repainting. Applications are available on the HOA website at Please allow no less than 2 weeks to process. 2. The posted Sherwin Williams color schemes are the only approved colors for repainting at Sage Canyon Ranch. No new colors are permitted and you may not switch color schemes. 3. Please refer to the 10 separate color schemes to find the specific scheme for your home, confirming the 5 colors listed match your current scheme. Matching existing colors is the homeowners' responsibility. 4. As color rendition may differ from one computer to the next, the best way to know you have the right color is to get color chips from the paint store and hold them up to the house to make sure they match. 5.
