Max Higbee Center aims to create opportunities for personal enjoyment and enrichment, to promote growth and development of participants, and to assist participants to achieve greater independence and increased involvement in the community. Shticky Blonde is a pilsner inspired Kolsch style Blonde made with wild honey for an extra flavor and kick. 6.75% ABV 22 IBU Happy Dance Hef is an American impression of the European Hefeweizen, but made for a clean finish without the funny flavors. 5.2% ABV 22 IBU 2 Towns Ciderhouse Pacific Pineapple Cider Juicy, tropical, and unfiltered, it rolls ripe Costa Rica golden pineapples into fresh-pressed Northwest apples. An easy drinking cider that will relax your state of mind, no matter your locale! 5.0% ABV The Bad Apple is big and bold and made in an imperial style. Fermented with local meadowfoam honey and aged on Oregon White Oak create complex notes of apples and wood make this a Northwest favorite. 10.5% ABV 59 KENMORE, WA 64 CORVALLIS, OR 210 Brewing Co Blonde Ale is a traditional Belgian Wheat Beer, flavored with coriander and fresh orange peel. 5.3 % ABV 10 IBU 210 Industrial IPA is a hoppy West Coast IPA brewed with two row malt and light crystal malt. CTZ centennial hops add to the spicy hop flavor. 7% ABV 85 IBU 21st Amendment Brewery Baby Horse Quad is a Belgian-style quad with a malt bill equal to the weight of a baby horse. 9.5% ABV 20 IBU Blood Orange Brew Free! or Die IPA Brewed like our original west coast style IPA but with an abundance of fresh blood orange puree and a twist of citrusy hops. 7.0% ABV 60 IBU Alameda Brewing Co. Baby Bunny has Golden ale base with added dry hibiscus flowers, sweet orange peel and cherry puree. 4% ABV 15 IBU Black Bear XX Stout is smooth, rich and creamy. This pitch black beer has a surprisingly black body with hints of chocolate and coffee. Awarded four medals at the GABF. 7.0% ABV 55 IBU ARLINGTON, WA SAN FRANCISCO, CA PORTLAND, OR 37 9 Ale Spike Camano Island Brewery New Cryo Life Mosaic is a smooth, easy drinking IPA with Mosaic cyro powder. 7.4% ABV 77 IBU MacRO Red is a malt forward, full bodied Red ale named after our favorite customer. 6.7% ABV 34 IBU 46 STANWOOD, WA

5 Anacortes Brewery 55 Saison de la Sorciere A refreshing Saison to bring us into Spring! Hopped with a specialty blend of Palisade, Simcoe, Lorel and Mosaic and brewed by members of the Pink Boots Society for International Women s Day. 5.4% ABV Sunrise IPA is a bright modern style IPA augmented with Lupulin powder packing a juicy citrus aroma. Skagit Valley Alba malt, Vienna malt, wheat and rye combine for a medium mouth feel. Late addition Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops add a bold, crisp finish. 6.2% ABV 70 IBU ANACORTES, WA Aslan Brewing Co. 3 Cosmic Dreams IPA is a medium body beer with fresh squeezed grapefruit at the core. A heavy handed use of oats in the mash creates a lush, silky mouth feel. 5.6% ABV 84 IBU Ashes in the Fall is aged in both rye whisky and red wine barrels for 10 months with Brettanomyces claussenii. 12.8% ABV Justice Temple is a three grain, barrel fermented saison. Aged in single use, Red Mountain wine barrels. 5.5% ABV A Study of Dreams is a blend of mixed culture ales aged in French oak for up to 12 months. 5.8% ABV Bavarian Pilsner A collaboration with soon to open Twin Sisters Brewing Co. 5.5% ABV Rotating Tap Come check out our rotating tap of specialty beer! Atwood Ales 25 No Whey, Bro is a light, refreshing, easy drinking, sour blonde ale. This beer s mild tartness is created by a blend of Lactobacillus bacteria cultured from yogurt. Bale Breaker Brewing Co. 53 Leota Mae is a fresh take on a heavily hopped West Coast IPA. With late additions of Ekuanot & Mosaic, it veers into dank, tropical territory, highlighting the aromatic power of these two Yakima-bred varietals. 6.2% ABV 50 IBU Bottomcutter IIPA An award winner that is brewed to finish dry, perfect for the combination of Citra, Simcoe, and Ekuanot hops. As the bottomcutter is a tractor that leads the topcutter through the fields during harvest, this beer will lead to a new appreciation for our valley hops. 8.2% ABV 100 IBU YAKIMA, WA Bastion Brewing Co. 31 Sky Pig IPA This hazy little porker is brewed using all Skagit Valley Malts and Idaho 7 hops. Expect your face to get blasted with flavors of red grapefruit, passion fruit and black tea. Who says pigs can t fly? ABV 7% IBU 44 Arbutus Born from the place we love, live and brew. Skagit grown barley, Washington grown hops and Madrona bark from Fidalgo create an earthy sweetness that s extremely drinkable. 6.2% ABV 34 IBU ANACORTES, WA Bellingham Cider Co. 13 Bellingham Cider Co Dry is well balanced and easy drinking. Made from blended Washington cider and desert apples. 6.7% ABV NW Blackberry Ginger has a crisp slightly tart blackberry flavor with a forward ginger note. On the dryer side and made with 100% Washington apples and blackberries. 6.7% ABV

7 Birdsview Brewing Co. 30 Holy F*ckin GrAle Stout is brewed with maple syrup, the darkest Belgian candied syrups, honey from our hives, and conditioned with local coffee, bourbon vanilla and bourbon soaked oak chips. Passionate Six is made with Skagit Copeland Pale malt. Citra, Mosiac, Denali, El Dorado hops, along with organic passion fruit puree make this a lively brew. 8.6% ABV 49 IBU CONCRETE, WA Black Raven Brewing Co. 61 Kitty Kat Blues Infused Pale Ale is made with dried blueberries, vanilla bean and organic catnip. It finishes like this morning s blueberry muffin. Hide it from the cats as they might take a shine to this one. Squawker IPA is light and bright, with a slight haze and chocked full of juicy Citra and Mosaic hops. At 7.1% ABV and 68 IBUs it ll have you squawking for more! REDMOND, WA Boneyard Beer Hop-A-Wheelie IPA is brewed with CTZ, Apollo, Summit and Cascade hops for a danky aroma and finish. 7.0% ABV 50 IBU Incredible Pulp is a blood orange Extra Pale Ale that gets it punch from blood orange puree. With a citris hop profile and pilsner malt platform, the Extra Pale really pops. It s like a sunny crisp day of summer! 6% ABV 35 IBU BEND, OR 36 Boundary Bay Brewery 1 74 Cedar Dust IPA Inspiration for Cedar Dust hails from Bellingham s Galbraith Mountain. Brewed with four varieties of Washington grown hops to encapsulate the spirit of the adventurous PNW. 6.5%ABV 66 IBU BLI-IPA Brothers Cascadia Collaboration was brewed in collaboration with Brothers Cascadia Brewing from Vancouver, WA. Savor this delectable hazy, hop-forward IPA! Its juicy, tropical and citrusy! April Brews Day Pale is brewed to celebrate the 17th anniversary of Max Higbee Center s April Brews Day! Its persistent head combines with tropical/citrus aromas and a dry residual bitterness. This cask version was specially made. 5.1% ABV 45 IBU GRAF Cider Beer A refreshing rush of semi-sweet apple and malt characteristics brewed in collaboration with Bellingham s newest cidery, Lost Giants Cider Company! The Graf beer has low bitterness and a light body. (Gluten Reduced) Ginger Peach Blonde is a golden-hued, light-bodied ale with a floral hop aroma. Fresh grated ginger adds a spicy finish. One of our most unique and rare brews! 5.1% ABV 45 IBU Imperial Oatmeal Stout It s a meal in a glass. A black, very rich and full-bodied stout with a silky smoothness that gives way to a long roasty finish. Try it with desert or an Oatmeal Stout Float! 9.5% ABV 37 IBU

8 Chainline Brewing Co. Tune Up IPA is New England inspired IPA with a hazy golden appearance and more hop flavor than you thought possible. Citrus and Melon dominate this surprising smooth and easy drinking beer. 6.3% ABV Polaris Pilsner is a fresh taste from an old standard. Polaris hops provide a unique, mint-like flavor while still maintaining their Noble lineage GABF Silver medal, 2017 Best of Craft Beer Gold medal 5.0% ABV KIRKLAND, WA 6 Chuckanut Brewery Chuckanut Marzen Lager is an old German style beer that s amber, with complicated malt flavors and an appetizing bitterness that serves to balance the malt underpinnings. A tantalizing lager beer! 5.8% ABV 25 IBU Chuckanut Pilsner This Bohemian style pilsner is a thing of beauty: it is delicate, sharp, flavorful, aromatic and appetizing. This golden lager is truly mouthwatering, deeply satisfying and incomparably refreshing! D S WICKED CIDER Green Apple Cider is made with the freshest Washington state Granny Smith apples. There s an abundance of candied green apple notes, with hints of caramel and a balanced off-dry, crispy fresh finish. Tart and Sassy! 6.9% Baked Apple has an off-dry taste with a hint of spice. It hosts the flavors of Red Delicious and Honey Crisp apples, finishing with a perfect touch of cinnamon. Just like Grandma made, only Wicked! 6.9% 5 21 KENNEWICK, WA Diamond Knot Craft Brewing Binnacle Summer Ale pours golden yellow with a spicy aroma. Subtle flavors of honey and clove. Finish is light with a slightly dry sweetness. 5.5% ABV 20 IBU Troptastic IPA is slightly hazy and silky bodied. It s bursting with juicy flavors of mango, pineapple, and pear thanks to the generous Mosaic dry-hop. 6.2% ABV 60 IBU 40 MUKILTEO, WA Ecliptic Brewing 35 Oort Imperial Stout Named after the mysterious region of our solar system that breeds comets. Massive amounts of roasted barley & chocolate malts with three types of Caramel malts create a rich, full mouthfeel. Balanced with Chinook, Cascade and Sterling hops to create a brew that s as black as the vacuum of space. 8.5% ABV IBU 21 Espacio Mexican-Style Lager with Lime Zest Don t add lime to your beer, let the brewer do it for you! Comet hops were used in keeping with the Starbuster theme to impart wild American grassy and grapefruit characters. Cardinal Craft Brewing Rotating Tap Enjoy some of the finest brews created by Skagit Valley College s Craft Brewing Academy s students. 41 OAK HARBOR, WA Foggy Noggin Brewing 27 Diablo del Sol has a bold hoppy aroma. A huge amount of hops are added to the end of the boil to make this beer pop. Nice balance with a rich malty sweetness and floral aggressive hops. 5.2% ABV 51 IBU Christmas Duck has a mouthful of sweetened roasty flavors that linger long as a roasty dryness. Smack IPA A group of Jellyfish is known as a smack. Balance, peaches, pine and citrus are at the core of this NW IPA. ABV 7% IBU 70 Planktonic Red is a bright NW Red with 8 hop varietals. A whisper of hibiscus adds to a vibrantly clean finish. ABV 6% IBU 57 Kombucha Town Original Ginger Kombucha is our first black Ceylon tea based kombucha. Infused with our house made West African ginger beer. Fresh flavors of clove and lemon create a combination that wows the pallet. Jalapeno Citrus Kombucha is a limited edition that features black Ceylon tea as the base with intense notes of jalapeno that pair effortlessly with the juicy tastes of lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit peels. Kulshan Brewing Hazey Pale is our Bellingham Beer Week beer, a collaboration with Elizabeth Station using additions of Skagit Valley Malts. It s a hazey pale ale with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Citra hops dominating the aroma and taste. 5.7% ABV 18 IBU Raspberry Gose Fresh raspberries dominate, followed by tart lemon, grapefruit pitch, and mild salt. This is our flagship Gose with the addition of raspberries. 4% ABV 9 IBU Kulshan IPA A citrus and orchard fruit forward West Coast IPA. 7% ABV 80 IBU Russian Imperial Stout Rich chocolate, coffee and smoke characteristics of roasted barley. But with its creaminess and mouth feel, we like to call it beer ice cream! 8% ABV 38 IBU 47 LA CONNER, WA Left Hand Brewing Juicy Goodness is a hazy Golden Ale with tropical and citrus flavors from fruity hops. 5.5% ABV 29 IBU Chai Milk Stout Nitro The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. 18 Lost Giants Cider Co. Lost Giant s Cider Two special ciders will be ready for April Brew s Day. Welcome to the newest cidery in Bellingham! 2 Mac & Jack s Resolution This IPA is aggressively hopped with Citra, Eureka! and Chinook hops. Experimental IPA #3 has amazing juicy fruit notes that overwhelm this beer. Huge amounts of Citra, El Dorado, Vic Secret and Mosaic hops make this beer what it is! 8 REDMOND, WA Maritime Pacific Brewing Regatta Series Chicken Ship IPA Unfiltered with a balanced malt profile. New Zealand Rakau hops provide aromas of stone fruit and fig; specifically apricot with some resinous pine needle attributes. 7% ABV 70 IBU Kolsch Light and flavorful with a clean dry finish. A blend of pale and pilsner malts lead to a soft malt flavor followed by subtle floral and citrus notes from Amarillo hops. 5.5% ABV 18 IBU SEATTLE, WA 65 Menace Brewing Walking Distance IPA is part of our rotating hop showcase, made as a quaffable offering to our neighborhood. Currently: Citra/Mosaic 6.6% ABV 60 IBU Hefeweizen Traditional South German-style Hefeweizen. Easy drinking, with notes of banana and clove. 4.2%ABV 13 IBU Ninkasi Yours Truly Easy-Drinking Ale has a sweetly-toasted malt profile and a delicate hop bouquet with a crisp finish. 4.3% ABV 20 IBU Prismatic Juicy IPA has juicy hops burst with notes of pineapple, passion-fruit and guava. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe CRYO HOPS to offer a deliciously colorful hop experience. 5.9% ABV 36 IBU No-Li Brewhouse Big Juicy IPA Citra, El Dorado, Belma and Azacca hops give Big Juicy enormous tropical and citrus flavors. 19 North Fork Brewery Black Francis is a black sour ale aged 2 years in red wine barrels. 6% ABV unbelievably low IBU Oatmeal Pale Ale is a hoppy pale ale with a smooth mouth feel from the addition of flaked oats in the mash. Hopped with chinook, centennial, mosaic and citra. 5.8% abv, 32 ibu Oakshire Brewing Citrafonix Ample Citra and Cascade hops with whirlpool additions of orange peel, lay down a funky groove intro to melodic, fresh pressed lime and grapefruit flavors. A genuine PNW USA Inda Pale Ale! Sun Made Raspberry has a traditional Berliner Weisse tartness married with real northwest grown raspberries. Hazy pink color, tart raspberry aroma, and a crispy clean finish. 29 DEMING, WA 60 EUGENE, OR Old Schoolhouse Brewery Ruud Awakening IPA is a big, bold American IPA with plenty of piney, citrusy, and floral Pacific Northwest hops that completely overwhelm its medium malt body. Brewer s Reserve Imperial Stout is deep, dark & complex with layers of caramel, chocolate & robust malt. Very rich with generous alcohol & plenty of hops. Organic cocoa nibs from Theo Chocolate add complexity to the aroma & flavor. 10% ABV 60 IBU 39 WINTHROP, WA Ordnance Brewing Bloops - Blueberry Wheat may smell like a blueberry muffin but you ll not find the jammy sweetness of other fruit beers.
