2 WELCOME to the Jekyll & HYDe Of all the Gin joints in the world, you walk into mine... In volume three, I became increasingly nostalgic for years gone by, and explored the history behind the juniper led libations drunk in the past. With my fourth volume, I offer a look into my own recent history, and have spent many a day searching through old notebooks & re-imagining ideas that may never have fully formed. We pay respect to our drinks ethos, using the best ingredients and craft to produce a mixed drink selection that not only enlightens your taste buds, but transports your imagination to somewhere we hope you enjoy. If it s gin you seek, my selection of juniper delights expands and wanes with the flow of each day, but my talented team are well versed in acknowledging what you are looking for, and will happily guide you through my current selection. BRAMBLE 6½ Bombay Sapphire gin served short with fresh lemon juice & sugar over crushed ice & crowned with crème de mure GINGER ROGERS 6½ Hibiscus infused Broker s gin & Boker s bitters built with ginger liqueur, fresh lime & topped with ginger beer. HYDE S MEDICINE 7½ Chipotle chilli infused tequila, agave syrup, lime & smoked dry orange Curacao topped with Ting grapefruit soda SHE SELLS SEA SHELLS 7 Bombay Sapphire gin, curacao (blue), crème de peche, lemon & sea spritz, topped with soda & a dash of the green fairy.

7 WINES Wines are sourced by local winemerchant Connolly s WHITE 175ml 250ml Bottle Castilla Ladera Airen/Sauvignon Spain Citrus nose with a hint of apple accompanied by a zesty, clean finish. Pinot Grigio, Delle Venezie Italy Fresh, dry and delicate with a gentle floral and citrus aroma. Rolleston Vale Chardonnay Australia Aromas of melon and tropical fruits with just a hint of butterscotch and lightly toasted American oak. ROSE Pinot Grigio Blush, Delle Venezie Italy Crisp fruit flavours. Delicate red berry is present through to the light fresh finish RED Castillo Ladera Tempranillo/Syrah Spain Versatile red with bright cherry and red fruit flavours and a soft round finish. L or du Sud, Cabernet Sauvignon France Luscious blackcurrant fruit, spice and silky smooth finish Malbec Kaleu Argentina A youthful fresh ruby coloured wine with aromas of red currant, plums and spicy. SPARKLING Prosecco Cipriano Frizzante 5.50 (125ml) 25

8 SHARERS Gather round the table with some acquaintances and purchase a communal sharing drink, expertly mixed with a drink fit for groups of different sizes.
