It is an oxidation procedure where tea leaves change shading and smell. Humidity and temperature are two vital physical parameters which assume a pivotal part in delivering great quality tea. This work is an endeavour to create and actualize a checking framework for aging room of tea production line. Because of the bigger measurement of the maturation room, it requires a few quantities of observing point for assessing normal condition. Sensor hub at each checking point is associated by means of RS 485 system which works with a convention created for this reason. Every sensor hub comprises of sensors, flag molding, controller and RS485 handset. If the temperature and humidity is above the limit it will send the notification to mobile through IOT. 2 I.INTRODUCTION Tea is a major agricultural and export item of Assam and it plays an important role to the economic growth of India in general and Assam in particular. Almost 2500 numbers of tea gardens are there in Assam producing almost 51 % of total tea production of India. But the proper monitoring and control of different tea process parameters like temperature, relative humidity, moisture content at different level is done by manual means and guesswork. In rare cases where modern measurement methods are implemented, but due to lack of proper expertise in operation and maintenance they are not effectively utilized. As a result the quality of product and efficiency of operation suffer badly, affecting the performance of the industry. Black tea processing is performed through a few sequential operations: plucking, withering, rolling, oxidation, drying are mentioned in below (fig1) Figure(1): Cycles of tea processing stages Among every one of these procedures maturation is a standout amongst the most critical process where tea leaves change shading and smell. It is a perplexing chain of biochemical responses those happen amid the aging procedure and once such changes achieve their ideal point, the procedure ought to be halted (4). The physical parameters that influence the aging procedure are I) Relative Stickiness ii) Temperature. In this way control of these physical parameters will be extremely valuable to keep up legitimate aging condition to have wanted nature of tea (5).In this investigation they have explored different avenues regarding electronic nose based framework in 81 maturation cycle and by utilizing diverse measurable apparatuses, they can associate the electronic nose based outcomes with colorimetric test and in addition human board test to discover the ideal aging time. Bhattacharya et al. Here the temperature and the humidity are important for this process. In the existing project they were used PIC microcontroller for the project, LM35D temperature used separately and relative humidity low power RH to voltage converter (HIH 4000) is used. In this project the database are recorded. The procured information indicates ±8% variety from the normal if there should arise an occurrence of Relative Humidity and ±2.5 ºC variety if there should arise an occurrence of temperature for a specific day of the aging room of the tea manufacturing plant amid tea creation. It only shows the graphical representation of the temperature and humidity. IV.PROPOSED PROJECT In withering the tea leaves are can be either put under sun or either cool in breezy room to full moisture out from the leaves. This process is also one of the stages of tea processing. We use the two sensors for sensing the temperature and humidity. In this project we use TI CC3200 module which is mainly prepared for IOT connection. In this module temperature sensor is interconnected and humidity sensor is going to add. This module is acts as a microcontroller. The description of this module is in below figure (fig2). It will place in the withering process area. Then the temperature sensor senses the reading and if the reading is above the tea leaves will become waste. If the temperature is high is automatically detect and send message to the manager or who is working in that area using IOT.The temperature sensors description is in the figure(fig3). The humidity sensor will also do this process it will detect the leaves moisture content and if it is high it send message to a worker. The humidity sensor description is in the below figure (fig4). We are developed a relative humidity and temperature measurement instrument with builtin sensing circuitry.it has a low cast where an ease RH and temperature observing framework is concocted utilizing two indistinguishable thermistor and its execution was considered by recreation. VIII.CONCLUSION The framework is experiencing test in the manufacturing plant and it is working tastefully. It is watched that temperature and R/H fluctuated every now and then with a most extreme variety of ±2.5 ⁰C for temperature and 8% for R/H. It is discovered that by legitimate control of R/H and temperature the nature of tea can be progressed. The determination of the framework is found as 1% for relative moistness and 1ºC for temperature. The framework is aligned for RH in consistent 250C temperature which gives ± 0.75 % precision on full scale. This framework is helpful for observing the aging procedure parameters which can be utilized for controlling the ideal procedure condition to get wanted tea quality with slight up gradation.
