2 ABOUT THE FARM Located in the Village of Indian Hill, Turner Farm is the largest certified organic farm in the Cincinnati area. In 1994, under the stewardship of Bonnie Mitsui, it became a farm devoted to growing organically. The farm is home to a variety of plants and animals, both domestic and wild. There are open pastures for the sheep and chickens interspersed with gardens and fields. Turner Farm is also home to one of the nation s premier teaching kitchens and provides educational opportunities for community members who want to bring the Turner Farm ethos of personal stewardship of health and wellness into their own kitchens.

3 A UNIQUE PLACE FOR YOUR UNIQUE EVENT Turner Farm s idyllic pastures and indoor and outdoor meeting areas offer the perfect place for your party, social event, wedding, corporate gathering and more. Located on more than 200 acres in Indian Hill, the farm is an exceptional, full-service events and social gathering space. Features include: Historic, two-story, fully renovated 2,500 square foot barn with outdoor terrace. Large, lush and level yard and paddock with space and amenities for large tents and temporary flooring. Indoor and outdoor spaces for corporate meetings and outings of up to 275 guests. Additionally, private classes, dinners and other culinary gatherings can be hosted in the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen.

4 CELEBRATIONS Celebrating those special milestones in life? Weddings, baby or wedding showers, birthdays or holiday gatherings, Turner Farm can help make your event memorable. The common area, located in the historic Barn Studio, can accommodate you and your guests quite easily for a private celebration (maximum of fifty). The room fee is based upon number of guests and length of time. Amenities include: Seating and tables for fifty Loft space (requires climbing of stairs) seating for twelve Outdoor terrace (weather permitting) seating for thirty Complete venue sound system Conference call capabilities Complimentary WIFI Infused water, coffee and tea On-site parking available

6 If you wish to have food service at your event, Turner Farm Culinary Manager, Chef Stephanie Michalak will be happy to cater. She will personally detail food selections for your private meal with you. Jeff Thomas Catering is the exclusive caterer for groups larger than fifty with a total maximum count of 275 guests. An outside tent arrangement will need to be erected in the back yard or west paddock (area depends on numbers). Several bar packages are available for service at your event or you may want to include your own signature drink, both provided by our staff. Please remember the following: 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Farm rental base fee is based on guests. 18% administrative fee and applicable Ohio Sales tax will be calculated on the final bill. Rental items will be billed to the client. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Turner Farm is a non-smoking environment.

7 CORPORATE Our farm setting is a quiet backdrop for your next corporate event. With audio hook up (direct or wireless), two large 55-inch monitors, Wi-Fi and on-site parking, all included in the barn rental fee, assisting with your meeting. The historic Barn Studio can accommodate you and your group quite easily. The room fee is based upon number of guests and length of time. 8 PRIVATE CULINARY INSTRUCTION The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen offers a state-of-the-art learning experience where chefs and other food and wellness educators make sustainability and mindfulness into a delicious and edifying experience. Built in an exquisitely renovated, 100-year-old, two-story barn, the Teaching Kitchen offers space for a chef to work with as many as eight different two-person teams at a time. Additionally, the space features closed-circuit TV, with two cameras capturing the lecture for an enhanced learning environment for 50 guests. Our culinary manager Stephanie Michalak offers culinary classes for a minimum of ten and maximum of 16 guests.

11 SAMPLE MENU Our culinary manager, Chef Stephanie Michalak, offers a wide diversity in her menu options. Her menus are planned seasonally with organically raised and locally produced vegetables and sustainably raised meat. Chef Stephanie enjoys meeting each client to learn your likes and dislikes.
