The restaurant uses fresh chiles from Hatch, New Mexico, the Chile Capital of the World. 10:45 am - 10:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday 10:45 am - 11:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, Sunday Asia de Cuba 7353 East Indian School Road Asia de Cuba is the upscale, high-energy dining room in the Mondrian boutique hotel. As the restaurant name suggests, the menu combines the flavors of Asian and Cuban cuisines. Dishes are designed to be shared, thus are served family style. 3 Atlas Bistro Restaurant 2515 N. Road Atlas Bistro s mission is to provide an interesting, exotic and constantly evolving dinner experience. The chef uses local produce, meats and other gourmet food products to prepare his Southwestern-accented international menu. The restaurant is BYOB which isn t much of a nuisance as the AZ Wine Shop is right next door. Required 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday Closed Sunday and Monday Binkley s Restaurant 6920 E. Cave Creek Road Cave Creek This stunning fine-dining outpost is drawing foodies with some of the most sophisticated fare in town. The extensive menu changes daily and can be arranged into a 4-, 5-, or 6-course tasting menu. Dinner: 5:15 pm - 9:30 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday Closed Sunday and Monday Bloom 8877 N. Road, Suite Bloom s contemporary decor sets the stage for the Fusion menu. The restaurant offers many wines by the glass from its extensive list. Service can be spotty. Carlsbad Tavern 3313 N. Hayden Road A trendy restaurant and bar. The Tex-Mex food is consistently delicious, and the setting is fun for a casual evening. Patio seating is especially nice. Greenway Parkway Neuvo Latino food is the reason to go to this hotel restaurant. The fresh Gulf Coast fish and shellfish are prepared in a range of styles French, Asian or South American. Restaurant s atmosphere is clubby. 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Sunday thru Thursday 5:00 pm - Midnight, Friday and Saturday Fleming s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar N. Pima Road As the name says, Fleming s is the place to go for prime beef. Take a big appetite and enjoy a crisp-fresh salad or savory appetizer before the USDA Prime steak arrives. 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Sunday thru Thursday 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Friday and Saturday The Green House N. Road (Kierland Commons) Bright, contemporary California cuisine is served in an equally uplifting setting. The restaurant is designed to resemble a Craftsman bungalow having straight, simple lines and using wood and copper with Asian influences. Lunch: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm, daily Dinner: 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Sunday thru Thursday 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Friday and Saturday Heirloom N. Pima Road (DC Ranch) Heirloom is the new restaurant by Michael DeMaria who served as head-chef at three of the Valley s best restaurants - Lon s, T. Cook s and Michael s at the Citadel. The menu changes monthly and the meat and fish dishes have received the best reviews. The dining room is quiet enough to enjoy dinner and conversation. 5:30 pm - Close, Monday thru Saturday Closed Sunday La Torretta N. Road La Torretta was voted Best Italian Restaurant in the 2009 Readers Choice poll. Dine in the elegantly decorated dining room or on the outdoor patio. North's menu features fresh salads, imaginative pasta preparations and simple wood-roasted or grilled meat and fish. The pleasant outdoor patio overlooks the Kierland water feature. A group may enjoy dinner in one of two private dining rooms or at the Trust Table where a prix fixe meal of the chef s choice dishes is served and paired with wine. Lincoln Drive The fine dining restaurant in the Montelucia Resort, Prado features wood-fired grilled meats and seafood flavored with a Spanish accent. Road This funky, retro western-decorated restaurant serves seasonal specialties featuring local organic produce and pasta dishes. 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday Closed Sunday Razz s Restaurant N. Road Razz s is a casual restaurant with an exhibition kitchen. Grazing on small portions will get you through much of the eclectic menu. Razz s has an extensive wine list. 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday Closed Sunday and Monday Sassi E. Pinnacle Peak Parkway Sassi is a dazzling Italian villa that just happens to be in. Located near Pinnacle Peak, the setting is reminiscent of Tuscany. The food gets mixed reviews; therefore, go for the simple, straightforward preparations. 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm, Tuesday thru Sunday Closed Monday Talavera E. Crescent Moon Drive (Four Seasons Resort Troon North) Enjoy stellar views of the Valley of the Sun and Pinnacle Peak from the dining room or patio of Talavera. The menu features prime cuts of meat, poultry and game, as well as fresh seafood. The professional wait-staff are as expected at a Four Seasons Resort. 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm, nightly Voce Ristorante & Lounge 9719 North Hayden Road For those who enjoy live entertainment with or post dinner, Voce is the place to go. The restaurant offers regional Italian dishes of pasta, octopus, and osso buco. The lounge features appetizers, salads and pizza. Camelback Road The decor is chic and the seafood is expensive at this new Waterfront restaurant. Much of the fresh seafood is prepared with Asian spices. Bourbon Steak Award-winning Chef Michael Mina presents an upscale, contemporary American steakhouse like no other. La Hacienda by Richard Sandoval Uncover the newest restaurant experience at the Fairmont and indulge in a delectable paradise of fresh, Modern Mexican cuisine. This much-loved restaurant has re-opened to bring guests a refreshing new take on authentic Southwestern dining, combining the bold taste of classic Mexican cuisine with timeless European cooking techniques.
