Gary designs his menus using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. THE CLARET JUG The Claret Jug at The Carrick offers fantastic respite for all tired travellers in need of a sumptuous refuel; golfers or not. Pick from a choice of delights all day long, from light bites to hearty classics. OUR MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT WHERE DINERS CAN ENJOY DELICIOUS CUISINE AGAINST THE DRAMATIC BACKDROP OF OUR FAMOUS LOCH AND BEN LOMOND Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond is an elegant setting, where festive diners can enjoy exquisite cuisine against the dramatic backdrop. This is an experience like no other with a range of tasting menus and the highest standard of service. FESTIVE OPENING Open for Lunch and Dinner 23 rd, 24 th and 30 th December. Open for Dinner 27 th until 31 st December. We close on the 1 st January reopen on 18 th January Supplements will apply over the festive period should you be on a Residential Package. The Boat House is a great alternative for those seeking a relaxed atmosphere and great local seafood. Located just a short stroll from the hotel, down by the water s edge, the nautical themed décor and views overlooking the vibrant marina greet you as you enter. THE You re in good company as you sit in the Great Scots Bar. Gazing around you see the walls lined with famous Scots from past and present. From cocktails to Champagne, and everything in between, our expertly trained bar staff will be on hand to serve your favourite tipple. The opening times for the restaurants above will vary during certain days over the festive period.

4 THE SPA AT CAMERON HOUSE Take a journey to The Spa at Cameron House, delight the senses, the mind and the body. Whatever you need, whatever you re looking for you ll find it here, an opportunity for uninterrupted time to yourself, to take a step back, regenerate, refresh and reward yourself with some well earned rest and relaxation. The Spa is located 2 miles north of Cameron House, a concierge shuttle service is provided every half hour throughout the day for transport to The Spa, please ask reception for more details. The Spa normal opening hours are 7am-9pm, although on the following festive dates the times are as follows: 24 th December: 7am-8pm 25 th December: 8am-1pm (Thermal Experience only open on Christmas Day) 26 th December: 10am-6pm 30 th December: 7am-9pm 31 st December: 7am-8pm 1 st January: 10am-4pm LEISURE AT CAMERON HOUSE Guests of Cameron House can enjoy complimentary access to the Leisure Club. From great indoor pools to ultra-modern squash courts, there s a world of leisure at your fingertips. Both adults and children will be kept entertained, thanks to the numerous activities to be found at the Cameron House Leisure Club. 7 CHRISTMAS DAY CHRISTMAS DAY - MONDAY 25 TH DECEMBER A TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS THAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF Indulge in your choice of traditional Christmas Day feasts, from an intimate table for two to our family event with Host the Roast where you carve the turkey for the family. In the afternoon enjoy a refreshing stroll along the loch side, or simply just relax by the roaring log fire and soak up the atmosphere with festive family entertainment. A light finger buffet will be served for those blessed with a truly festive appetite. Our pantomime adventure Cinderella will ensure laughter and smiles all round to finish off a perfect Christmas Day.
