3 Thank you for your interest in Mallinson Vineyard and Hall. We are very proud of our historic building, tucked sweetly into the Sugar Creek community. Once a one-room school house, our building has kept much of its original charm and nostalgia. We have both indoor and outdoor facilities and can accommodate 150 people inside and 200 people when utilizing both indoor and outdoor facilities. The best part of getting married in a vineyard; you guessed it, the wine. We would love for you to come in anytime between noon and 4 pm on Saturdays for our wine tasting. It is a great way to get the lay of the land without a guided tour. We are not just for weddings, though. Consider us for your next family reunion, class reunion, wedding shower, anniversary, rehearsal dinner, birthdays and more. 5 Packages All Wedding Packages Include Whether you are looking for a small and intimate wedding or a large family gathering, all our weddings include the following: 1-hour rehearsal on Thursday prior to event Outside Ceremony Site Outside Main Patio Main Building including: Banquet room, bar room. Groom s ready room in main hall Bride s ready room in Enticement Room (tasting house) Rental of 12 round tables Rental of 6 rectangular tables Rental of 150 white folding chairs 3 Exterior wine barrels (may be used at altar and for decoration purposes) 3 Interior wine barrels Welcome package with our favorite vendors and special pricing 1 On-site coordinator Full Cleaning Package Friday Ceremony and Reception $3, What is included: Wine tasting for 4 during 45 day out meeting 8-hour rental time 1 Uniformed Police Officer 2 Bartenders Rental of heaters during colder months Saturday Ceremony and Reception $3,600 What is included: Wine tasting for 4 during 45 day out meeting 10-hour rental time 1 Uniformed Police Officer 2 Bartenders Rental of heaters during colder months Sunday Ceremony and Reception $3,000 What is included: 10-hour rental time Rental of heaters during colder months Please note that we do not serve alcohol on Sundays and therefore our prices are reduced and do not include the barroom, off-duty officer, or bartenders. Additional Packages Rehearsal Dinner Package: Since you and your closest friends and family will be coming out for the rehearsal, why not spend the evening with us? Our Rehearsal Package is $12 per adult and $8 per child 10 and under. 8 Additional Packages Continued Bridal/Baby Shower Package: You can rent the hall for your next shower event. Hall rental is $100/hr with a 4 hour minimum. This package includes: Use of a patio or indoor hall 8-10 round tables Chairs for up to 80 1 staff member Bar Packages may be added to this cost. If you would like to have the bar open, there is $200 barkeep fee. Bachelorette Party Package: Our bachelorette parties include a one-night stay in our Norton House for 6. The cost for this packages is $500 and includes: One-night stay for 6 in our Norton House Wine tasting for 6 Mallinson Staff member for tasting 2 additional bottles of wine 1 Pure Romance Hostess 2 hour party for bride-to-be and her guests Meat, cheese, and cracker platter with seasonal fruit Stay at the Vineyard Now open for 2018 The Norton House $250 per night Our Norton House is a 2br/1ba home that sleeps 6 with pull out couch. Whether you want to get ready for your wedding here, stay with your bridal party the night before, or use this house for bachelor party or bridal shower, this house offers what you need. Our Norton House is always offered first to our wedding parties when booked 6-12 months before your event. After the 6-month point, it is on a first come, first serve basis pg. 2

9 Need More Help? Mallinson Vineyard and Hall has an on-site Event Planner that can help you along the way. Noelle Davis from 73-Productions, LLC is always available on the day of your event to help however you may need. However, if you need more than just a Day of Coordinator, you may call Noelle at for additional help with planning and executing. She can also put together bridal parties for you and your guests. Catering Mallinson Vineyard and Hall uses Peter May s House of Kielbasa as our preferred caterer. Peter May s boasts the best Polish sausages around with great reviews. They are the exclusive catering company for Mallinson Vineyard and Hall. Whether you are looking for plated dishes or buffet style, we can accommodate your event. We understand that your guests may have special food requirements, like a food intolerance, kosher needs, or an ethnic recipe that we are not comfortable with. We ask that you discuss this with us, so we might be able to check with our outside suppliers to meet this need for you.
