The most recent being Ray Lampe s Big Green Egg Cookbook In 2014 Ray Lampe was inducted into the BBQ Hall Of Fame In 2018 Ray will open Dr. BBQ s restaurant in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Dr, BBQ has appeared on: Food Network, The Talk on CBS, E! News, HGTV, The NFL Network, The Discovery channel, CNN, The Howard Stern Show & Martha Stewart Living on Sirius. The author of the Lulachef Mexico Contempo books and the Cocina Esencia collection with 11 published titles and is collaborating in two more books along side with other chefs, the "Libro Rosa" and the "Larousse Grandes Chefs Mexicanos, Celebrando Nuestras Raíces". 10 Dean Max Chef Dean Max is the president of DJM restaurants, a company that specializes in restaurant concept development and ongoing management. Chef Max has a laundry list of accomplishments from multiple James Beard nominations for Best Chef, crowned King of American Seafood in 2010, wrote an amazing seafood cookbook in 2006 called A Life by the Sea, and holds many restaurant accolades from multiple properties. Known as the Godfather of the Grill, his charm and fearless culinary spirit has led Ted to becoming an award-winning chef, author, foodentertainer and most recently professor of Modern Culinary Applications Innovations at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College. He has written twenty-one cook books including; Taste Canada s 2016 Gold Medal Winner Gastro Grilling. MEET THE CHEFS Ted Reader

11 Hutson published her first cookbook, From the Tip of My Tongue(Story Farm), which received the prestigious 2015 Gourmand World Cookbook Award for Best Woman Chef Cookbook in the United States. Rave reviews touted Hutson s cuisine as the best Caribbean restaurant in South Florida and international support from USA Today, The New York Times, London Times, Chicago Tribune, Chef Magazine and Eater, who named Hutson Chef of the Year (2012). MEET THE CHEFS Cynthia Hutson Known as one of the most accomplished, innovative, and creative chefs in the Mid Atlantic. Chef Sharpe holds the Certified Executive Chef designation from the American Culinary Federation (ACF) - one of less than 3,000 nationwide. A winner of more than 35 culinary medals, Sharpe is a two time first place finisher at the Chesapeake Chefs Competition and was named by Maryland s governor as State Chef. Greg Sharpe
