8 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) HOW DO I REQUEST A RESERVATION? All Large Party requests are based on availability. Please contact Christopher Hicks or Bobby Price to inquire about making a Large Party reservation. You can reach Christopher Hicks or Bobby Price at (480) or tempegroups@kegrestaurants.com. You will then be contacted within 48 hours. 2) HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY LARGE PARTY REQUEST HAS BEEN CONFIRMED? When your reservation request has been reviewed, you will receive a phone call from Christopher Hicks or Bobby Price. They will go over additional details at that time and you a Large Party Contract. Once the Large Party Contract is completed and returned back to the Tempe Keg, you will receive an from Open Table with details and confirmation of your reservation. 3) WHAT IS YOUR LARGE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY? Reservations must be cancelled by only. Phone cancellations and answering machine messages are not acceptable. If the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, no charges apply. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, a fee of $ will be charged due to loss of business for that evening by The Keg. Parties arriving more than 30 minutes late must contact Keg management. 4) IS THERE A MINIMUM I MUST SPEND? The Main Dining and Semi Private Dining spaces are reserved with a minimum purchase of $1, of Food and Beverage. This does not include Taxes or Gratuity. 5) IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED? No deposit is necessary, but we do require a Large Party Contract to be completed and returned back to us in order to hold your reservation. This form will only be used in the event you do not show up for your reservation or you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 6) WHAT ARE YOUR AV CAPABILITES? You are more than welcome to bring in your own AV equipment for presentation use; however, we strongly suggest that you see the space in person prior to moving forward with your reservation. Our dining room enjoys and open concept floorplan that is not conducive to private presentations. 7) WHAT ARE YOUR SEATING ACCOMMODATIONS? We have two spaces that can accommodate parties of 20 or more. The semi-private space can comfortably accommodate 20 to 22 guests at two adjacent tables, each of which can seat 11 guests. The larger of the two areas can accommodate up to 38 guests at two adjacent tables, one seating 25 guests and the other seating 13 guests. 8) DO YOU HAVE LARGE PARTY MENUS? We have three different Group Dining menu options available, as well as a Custom Menu program in which groups are allowed to create their own limited menu. Parties of 20 guests or more are required to utilize one of these Group Dining menu options. Any menu selection must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 9) WHAT ARE YOUR AMENITIES? We offer the following amenities: Fireplace, Wheelchair accessibility, Event Menus, and Complimentary Wi-Fi. 10) WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR WINE LIST & ALTERNATIVE MENU OPTIONS?
