1 TAPAS 26 At Dempsey Hill, The taste of Spain at the heart of Singapore April After 3 years in La Ventana, the team is bringing a different concept to Dempsey, with the favourite Spanish tapas and cuisine, along with a nice Spanish wines selection and traditional drinks, in a more casual and fun atmosphere. Along with the previous signature dishes, Tapas 26 will introduce some of the most loved popular dishes back in Spain, both internationally known and housemade recipes Menu will change every quarter and special dishes will be added weekly accordingly to the fresh products found on the market. Tapas 26 is excited to welcome its new Head Chef, Patxi Alvarez, who will be bringing with him the skills and experience he has gathered from working in top restaurants, including various Michelin-starred restaurants from around the world. (Including El Bulli, being a disciple from the renowed Ferrian Adrià) Patxi was born in San Sebastián, located on Spain s north coast in the Basque Country. Home to countless Michelin-starred restaurants, pintxos bars and food markets, San Sebastián is consider by many the food capital of the planet.
