3 our chocolate BULK CHOCOLATE BARS Our 45% milk, 70% dark and 85% dark chocolates are available in a broken bulk bar format using two to four ounce bars. Our 70% and 85% are also available in a ground chunk format. Both bulk bar chocolate and ground chocolate are sold in ten pound increments. BULK BARS DRINKING CHOCOLATE Theo drinking chocolate is 55% dark chocolate that is ground into small chunks and has a high cocoa butter content, making a thick, rich cup of hot chocolate. Many cafés use our drinking chocolate in the preparation of their coffee beverages. This product is sold in ten pound increments. CHOCOLATE SAUCE This versatile chocolate sauce has a decadent, rich flavor that s perfect poured into an espresso drink, topped on a dish of ice cream, or mixed into a milkshake. This product is sold in quart-sized buckets. COCOA NIBS Our roasted cocoa nibs are sold in ten pound increments and can be used in beer, ice cream, cookies, salads and many other treats. COCOA POWDER Theo cocoa powder is non-alkalized and has rich cocoa notes. GROUND
