2 OSKAR BLUES TEN FIDY This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee and hides a hefty 98 IBUs underneath the smooth blanket of malt. Ten FIDY (10.5% ABV) is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, and hops.

3 TALLGRASS VANILLA BEAN BUFFALO SWEAT To create Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat we start with our best selling beer, Buffalo Sweat. We carefully infuse this award- winning oatmeal cream stout with whole Ugandan vanilla beans. This enhances the beer's natural darkroasted flavors of espresso, chocolate, and creamy sweetness. "Liquid chocolate chip espresso cookies" is how one fan described its unique flavor. The perfect treat on a winter's day.

4 4 HANDS MILK CHOCOLATE STOUT Our Chocolate Milk Stout pours black as the night sky with aromas of dark chocolate, chocolate malt, and more chocolate. With a firm tan head and a rich velvety mouthfeel our Chocolate Milk Stout is a perfect complement to the change of seasons.

5 4 HANDS BONA FIDE Bona Fide Imperial Stout is a collaborative effort with Goshen Coffee, a local fair trade coffee roaster. This beer is big, bold, and in your face. Bona Fide pours black as night with a smooth mouth feel. Aromas of espresso, dark chocolate, roasted malt, with nuances of vanilla. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years. 9% Alc/Vol 65 IBU's

6 MOTHER S WINTER GRIND Jet black oatmeal stout base with malted oats. Smooth, creamy. Medium to medium-full bodied. Roasted Barley, Midnight Wheat, Caramel 120, Acidulated. Custom roasted espresso blend from The Mud House- heavy roast, minimal bite or astringency. Employ a cold steep method. More coffee than stout. Rich and aromatic velvety and luscious.

9 ASKINOSIE BAR RUSTICO We partnered with our friend Ari and his carefully-curated specialty foods company, Zingerman s on this bar. We handcraft this single origin 70% dark chocolate with cocoa beans we source directly from farmers in Mababu, Tanzania plus 30% organic cane sugar. Vanilla bean morsels added to the back of the bar add a heady aroma and texture to our fruity Tanzania dark chocolate. In tribute to traditional Mexicanstyle chocolate, we ve done no conching and very little refining, so the bar s texture is coarser and more rustic than most.

10 ASKINOSIE A BEAUTIFUL MESS Created in partnership with sisters, Elsie & Emma--authors and bloggers behind beloved lifestyle blog, A Beautiful Mess--we handcraft this 65% dark chocolate with cocoa beans we source directly from farmers in Davao, Philippines along with organic coconut sugar and toasted coconut. Besides the fact that these world-famous bloggers are also based in good ole Springfield, MO USA (they're basically our neighbors), we are regularly inspired by their twists on classic recipes and fun, down-toearth approach to food, not to mention their drool-worthy photography. So we worked together to create this lighthearted and luscious chocolate bar using their favorite ingredient-- you guessed it, coconut!
