3 Compatible Capsules Plus Controlled from the origin We control the green coffee with physical and sensory analysis before loading, after unloading and upon arrival at the company. This allows us to ensure the consistent quality of the product with absolute strictness. In the hands of the master coffee roaster Roasting is the most delicate and important process in coffee production. It is during this phase that our master roasters apply all their skills in preparing the blends, backed by the most advanced technology available and in full respect for the best Italian espresso tradition. Oxygen? Constant zero Thanks to treatment with nitrogen, a gas totally harmless for human health, the coffee is always in a protective and controlled atmosphere, from the storage silos to its packaging in capsules. Our production line is able to ensure an oxygen content of less than 1% in the capsule, up to its complete disappearance in just one week. Many other capsules sold on the market have oxygen levels ranging from 1% to as much as 20%. Customized grinding To ensure maximum compliance with the standards required by customers and excellent quality in the cup, our grinding is done with latest-generation machines, with constant control of the grind curve and dispensing flow. Complete traceability To ensure the highest quality, our production process provides for total traceability of the elements involved: from the time of a production lot we can trace every single component of the finished product. Shelf life of 18 months The particular structure of our ensures a real barrier for the product, protecting and preserving the aroma and taste for up to eighteen months, whereas the plastic body of the capsule and the aluminium film do not allow the use of additional external packaging. Experts at work 24h We have professionals engaged 24h in controls on the productions in progress. We also have an internal team of 8 trained and SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe) certified operators who follow all the blend development processes. Total compatibility Thanks to tests on dispensing in the cup, we can observe that our compatible capsules have an extraction equal to the original. Every single capsule is qualified in terms of components as well as result in the cup, for use in all coffee machines available on the market.
