7 Event Information Guarantees All approximate guest counts are required at the time of event booking. A final guarantee of guests is required 14 days prior to the event. All final charges will be based upon the guarantee or the actual number of guests attending (whichever is greater) Food and Beverage only food and beverage purchased and prepared by the hotel will be served at the event. Service Fee and Tax A 20% service fee and 6.5% sales tax will be added. If you have a signed contract and costs have increased, we will honor the prices at the time of your signed contract. Event time All weddings are 5 hour receptions, should you exceed the 5 hours, there will be an additional /per hour charge. Linen Fee A 1.00 per person charge for renting our linens (see our wedding planner for color selections) Deposit A non refundable deposit is required at the time the contract is signed. This deposit will secure your date and venue. Room Rental Complimentary Set up fee There will be a set up fee. Hotel Accommodations We offer room blocks (see our wedding planner) for your guests that are staying with us during your wedding celebration. Our room rates include a hot complimentary breakfast. We also offer a bridal suite complimentary for your wedding night.
