2 About Croton Reservoir Tavern was opened in 2003, steps from Times Square, Penn Station, Grand Central, and Port Authority. Named in memory of the forgotten Fortress Reservoir which stood in place of the current New York Public Library and Bryant Park, Croton is a bi-level Midtown restaurant, lounge, and event space featuring a 50 foot oak bar, brass studded leather chairs, wrought iron railings and leather banquette seating, and multiple flat screen displays and projection screens. Modern American cuisine and NYC s most popular drinks are prepared to the highest standard and served with relaxed charm and cheerfully attentive service. Croton s comfortable and casual atmosphere, vibrant social scene, quality dining and special event hosting has made it one of New York s most popular venues for dining, private events, and social celebrations.

4 The Venue ENTIRE SPACE The entire venue can accommodate up to 350 people on both of our bi-level Restaurant & Event Space. This option gives you the ability to have 2 distinct atmospheres if desired. You ll enjoy the entire main floor dining room with table seating for up to 75 guests and additional bar seating for 20 (or up to a total of 200 in a cocktail setting), while the lower level banquet room can be utilized for either 65 additional table seats, room for 150 additional guests in a cocktail setting, or as a full lounge for dancing/live music using our DJ Booth/live music set up. 2 Levels (2) Projection Screens 350 Max Capacity Customizable A/V Options (10) Flat Screen TVs Private Bars on Both Levels WiFi Restrooms on Both Levels

5 The Venue MAIN FLOOR Spacious and modular, our main level is versatile for large lunch/dinner parties, cocktail receptions, corporate hospitality, and a variety of private/social galas. With over 2,000 sq. ft., Croton is furnished with modular seating, leather banquettes, and a formal dining area that is separated from the bar to accommodate groups that wish to enjoy the casual and formal settings within the same space. The exposed brick walls lined with multiple flat screen TVs are overshadowed by a large 50 oak bar. The main floor can accommodate groups of up to 200 in a cocktail or buffet setting, or a 75 person sit down dinner. 6 The Venue LOUNGE A cozy, intimate lower level provides the perfect backdrop for corporate meetings, presentations, dinner parties, wedding receptions, or any private event you have in mind. This sq. ft. room outfitted with comfortable leather banquette booths, exposed brick wall and bar with polished concrete floors can accommodate groups of up to 150 in a cocktail/buffet setting or a 70 person sit down dinner.
