Pentru a fabrica si a pune pe piata produse chimice legal si in conditii de siguranta este necesar sa respectam anumite cerinte impuse de Regulamentul de BIOCIDE, aflat in stransa legatura cu Regulamentele REACH si CLP privind managementul produselor chimice. Participand la acest seminar: - veti CUNOASTE: Principalele acte legislative, cu noile modificari in vigoare, care reglementeaza domeniul produselor biocide, Cerintele privind avizarea biocidelor in Romania, Conditiile pentru fabricarea si comercializarea produselor biocide, Procedura de elaborare a unui dosar tehnic pentru avizarea unui produs biocid, Modalitatile de implementare a cerintelor Regulamentului CE 1907/2006 (REACH), etapa III de inregistrare a substantelor chimice pentru tonaje intre tone/an, Criteriile de identificare ale substantelor SVHC (substance of very high concern), substante propuse pentru autorizare, Prezentarea generala si metoda de aplicare a procedurii de autorizare a substantelor chimice; - va vor fi prezentate Studii de caz privind pasii concreti prin care au fost inregistrate si autorizate anumite substante chimice. - veti primi SOLUTII pentru implementarea acestor cunostinte in cadrul societatii. In AGENDA alaturata invitatiei noastre veti gasi tematica ce va fi prezentata si discutata in cadrul seminarului.
