1 BANQUETING WINE LIST The Dairy s Wine list consists of wines from all three branches of the Rothschild wine family. The Rothschild s started producing the world s finest wine when they purchased Château Mouton in 1853, followed by the acquisition of Château Lafite in 1868, two of the greatest châteaux in the world, and both remained in the same family ownership ever since. Now the Rothschild vineyards stretch further afield to Napa, Chile, Argentina, South Africa. Our list uniquely brings together all these wines

2 SPARKLING WINES 101 Ita Prosecco, Italy A vibrant, fruity sparkling wine from Italy with notes of melon and citrus fruits NON VINTAGE CHAMPAGNES 102 Waddesdon Champagne, AC Champagne, NV Specially bottled for Waddesdon Manor. Fresh, dry with a fine mousse and subtler honey character. Also available in magnums Laurent-Perrier Brut NV Freshness, elegance and balance, all of which are typical of this brut Champagne Barons de Rothschild nv Chateau Lafite, Chateau Mouton and Chateau Clarke have joined forces to make their own champagne from only the finest grapes in the Champagne region. The Champagne is very clean and fresh, elegant and beautifully balanced. Champagne Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blanc Made from only the finest Chardonnay grapes with aromas of white and exotic fruits ROSÉ CHAMPAGNES Barons de Rothschild Rose Pale rose colour with hints of salmon and a delicate red fruit aroma, silky sand smooth, extremely delicate and refined. A real treat for a special occasion Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose Brut This iconic pink Champagne is famous for its highly expressive bouquet. It has fine bubbles with persistent mousse and prominent flavours of soft red berry fruit VINTAGE CHAMPAGNE Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2002 A rich and full champagne with lovely tropical fruit flavours. Moët et Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon The most famous Champagne in the world, with a bouquet that sparkles with delicate fresh violets in a setting of white peaches. The soft delicate flavours continue while the senses are tickled by the most delicate of fine bubbles. Though this is such a fine delicate wine, the complexity is astounding, along with its length. 3 WHITE WINES 108 Mapu Sauvignon Blanc, Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Maipo, Chile A fine bouquet of ripe citrus fruit and a palate of pink grapefruit. 109 Viognier, Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Vin de Pays d Oc A full bodied wine with ripe, tropical fruit style and flavour 110 Los Vascos, Domaine Barons de Rothschild (lafite), Chardonnay, Chile A fresh and delicate wine, with a harmonious and fruity bouquet. 111 Graves Blanc, AC, Mouton Cadet Reserve This dry white has more body and depth than the standard Mouton Cadet Blanc 112 Petit Chablis, Château de Maligny This Petit Chablis is located right beside a premier cru vineyard, giving it soil and sun exposure of premier cru quality. 113 Rimapere, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand Rimapere means Five Arrows in Maori and this wine from the heart of Marlborough has typical lemon and grapefruit flavours together with crisp acidity. 114 Puligny Montachet 2008 Domaine Jean Monnier et Fils A delightfully aromatic wine, with elderflower aromas and plenty of green pepper and redcurrant flavours. Very Juicy ROSÉ WINES 119 Mapu Syrah Rosé, Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Chile This fresh and fruity rose benefits from being 100% syrah giving it a spicy complexity and structure. 120 Rosé de Château Clarke, AC Bordeaux Light bodied with fresh fruit and lively aromas of raspberries and violets, a good partner to lighter dishes

4 RED WINES 222 Mapu Merlot, Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Maipo, Chile A merlot with great Chilean fruit, full flavoured with a spicy, smokey aroma, but crafted in a truly French style 223 Syrah, Baron Philippe de Rothschild,Vin de Pays d Oc Soft, silky tannins combine with an aroma of ripe brambles with a hint of dark chocolate. 224 Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile Packed with fruit, a full bodied red with blackcurrant flavours and an almost crunchy fruitness. 224 St Emilion, AC, Reserve Mouton Cadet Brilliant ruby hued colour. Very ripe, jammy, red berry fruit, spice and caramel aromas. 229 Aruma Malbec, Domaine Barons de Rothschild (lafite), Argentina A big 100% Malbec with fine velvety tannins and the freshness and elegance you would expect from a wine made by Lafite. 230 Baron Henri, AC Médoc A blend of wines from premier Médoc vineyards, this is a firm, dry wine, with good fruit flavours, matured in oak. Better value than many Château labelled wines. 233 Reserve Speciale, AC Pauillac, Domaine Barons de Rothschild (lafite Complex and intense, with aromas of tobacco and spices, silky tannins with a long finish. 234 Caro, Mendoza, Argentina Most definitely a rising star! Sumptuous with remarkable concentrations of flavours. A velvety, subtle and almost sexy wine. 235 Chorey-Les-Beaunes 2009, Nicolas Potel A smooth and elegant red Burgundy, with plenty of red fruit flavours and silky tannins, typical of the Pinot Noir grape
