Seasonal ingredients, various consistencies and imaginative combinations are the protagonists of our selection of sweets. IL MONTE BIANCO 3-6-7-8 Soft cacao biscuit, soft cream of marron glacé, cacao sauce, crunchy meringue. Everything we produce, before it is finished, portioned and served, is stored under the strictest conditions, in accordance with the HACCP approach, using all the latest technologies, such as vacuum-sealing, refrigeration and subzero cooling. Fish, molluscs and crustaceans, for human consumption either raw or cooked, are subjected to cooling prescribed by Regulation EC 853/2004 and conserved at subzero temperature.
