About Us We ll make yours a cracker! At PenniBlack, Christmas is our favourite time of year. We get to see all that festive goodwill and Christmas spirit, first hand, at the parties and events we cater for. This year, we have put our heads together to come up with some unique and fun ideas to brighten up any party. We are curators and creators, sourcing everything you need for your bespoke event down to the finest detail. We can work to any colour schemes, styles, or themes to create an amazing and unique function. We have designed many styling concepts for our clients and are confident we can find something just perfect for you. As well as creative catering, we organise full event management to include venue finding, professional staff, marquees, floristry, lighting, entertainment, equipment hire or anything else you may require to bring your event together. All our food can be provided as either a drop off and go service or with full event management and chefs on site. We can work with you to provide the most suitable option for your event and budget. We are also able to provide fine wines, champagne and even homemade jam jar cocktails, delivered on ice, ready to grab and go. Do not hesitate to discuss all your requirements and we will design a bespoke package especially around you.

Wines and Cocktails Fizz Prosecco Frizzante 'Adalina' Enrico Bedin, Veneto, Italy NV This is a classic frizzante from the Veneto. It has a gentle sparkling and is packed full of fresh apple, delicate melon flavours with a clean, crisp finish. Rimbaud Brut, Champagne, France NV A floral, citrusy nose is matched by mineral notes making this a very elegant champagne style that can please all palates. Wine 3 Wooly Sheep Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand 2016 Intense aromas of passion fruit, zesty lemon and elderflower, followed flavours of gooseberry and melon. Wonderful depth of flavour, delicious acidity and lovely balance makes 3 Wooly Sheep a very elegant wine indeed.
