ADDITONAL INFORMATION All meeting room, food, beverage, AV rentals, and related services are subject to applicable taxes (CA state tax 9.25%) and a taxable 25% service charge in effect on the date(s) of the event and 25% F&B charge for all food and beverage. All prices are subject to change. Food and Beverage must be purchased and served by hotel. In order to make your event a success, please confirm your guaranteed number of attendees three (3) business days prior to your event. If any event is cancelled within 72 hours of its scheduled start time, 100% of the projected/contracted revenue will be charged. Should you be shipping boxes for your meeting, they must be addressed to the attention of the on site contact handling your function and marked with the name and date of your function. Due to the limited storage space we request that shipments not arrive earlier than three (3) days prior to the meeting. A personal or company credit card is necessary at the time of booking to confirm your meeting. A company check may also be used.
