Guarantees In order to make your event a success, please confirm your guaranteed number of guests and food and beverage selections at least 5 business days prior to the start time of your event. The expected attendance contracted will serve as the final guarantee if not confirmed. Minimums Meeting room rental fee will be waived with a food and beverage order totaling $1,500 for the Cabrillo room per day of room rental, excluding tax. Service Charge and Tax Applicable state sales tax and a 25% F&B house charge will be added to all meeting room and AV house charges. All food and beverage service is subject to sales tax and a 25% F&B staff charge. The F&B house charge, AV house charge and F&B staff charge are subject to correct state sales tax regulations.
