ABOUT OUR FOOD Here at St George s Hill we pride ourselves in offering the best of the seasons fayre sourced primarily from surrounding areas within the UK. Our aim has always been to provide exquisite dishes made with fresh ingredients from some of the UKs finest producers and suppliers. Everything is made in house by our experienced team of Chefs who have a fantastic attention to detail but still providing great value for money. Our burgers are made from 100% reared beef and made to our unique recipe by Conisbee s butchers, the oldest family run business in Surrey with 250 years of experience and expertise. Currently run by the 9th Generation they are proud to provide St George s with the highest quality meat from their own or other local farms. Our sausages are made with the finest cuts of pork by the Collins family who have a long heritage of making sausages in Surrey since the 19th Century. They use only traditional cooking techniques with mouth-watering flavours. St George s are proud to be members of the Guild of Scotch beef, where all of our steaks and roasting joints are sourced from farms in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, bringing you the best quality and a true taste of the much famed Aberdeen Angus breed. During the warmer months our salad ingredients are freshly picked from West Sussex with our greengrocer actively sourcing the best ingredients from top British farms. They exclusively provide us with fresh fruit from the famed Tiptree farms in Essex, known for their premium jams and preserves.
