ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Food and Beverage Policies Food and beverage must be purchased and served by the hotel. We do not allow any outside catering. Menu pricing is per person unless noted, subject to change. In accordance with Arizona Liquor Laws (Hotel Liquor License), no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the Hotel property by patrons or their guests. A 22% taxable service charge and applicable sales tax, currently 8.1%, will be added to all food & beverage, room rental, and audio visual charges. Guarantees All final food and beverage selections must be provided to the hotel at least 7 business days in advanced. The final number given in advanced will be the number of attendees guaranteed on the final bill. Printed menu prices are subject to change without notice.
