ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -General Information and Policies Food and beverage must be purchased and served by the hotel. Printed menus are for general reference and our event staff would be happy to customize menus to meet your specific needs. Menu pricing is subject to change. To ensure that your event is a successful one, we require that you finalize menu selections and meeting room arrangements no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of your event. Room rental fee or set fees are not included in food and beverage pricing. - Deposit and Cancellation A deposit must be confirmed with a method of payment at the time of contract signing and the remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to group arrival or event. Without this guarantee, your space is subject to immediate cancellation and will be made available to other patrons. - Gratuity and Tax a 22% gratuity and 6% sales tax will be applied to all food, beverage, audio visual/technology equipment and meeting room rental fees. -Shipping and Liability If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, event manager and date of meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage. The Courtyard by Marriott reserves the right to inspect all special events and private functions held on property. Damages to the premises will be charged accordingly. The Courtyard by Marriott shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any personal property and/or equipment brought into the meeting rooms.
