SPLASH GRILL We purchase our meat from Swales of Scartho they source all their meat from local certified farms throughout Lincolnshire. Our fruit and vegetables are purchased from J Shaw & sons of Alvingham and that they souce their seasonal produce from a network of approximately twenty local Lincolnshire farmers and growers. 8oz sirloin steak 16.50 Sirloin comes from the back of a beef animal, behind its ribs but ahead of the rump area. Sirloin cuts are often the leaner parts of steak and contain high protein. 8oz ribeye steak 17.95 Due to the excellent marbling of the meat, this cut of beef it is loaded with flavour and remains tender during most of the cooking process. This steak is best grilled and will remain tender when cooked up to a medium. 7oz fillet steak 22.95 Fillet is the most tender, light in taste, but very lean. It becomes very dry if overcooked.
