Huntingdon Marriott Hotel CIVIL CERMONIES The Huntingdon Marriott is licensed to host Wedding Ceremonies in a variety of our Banqueting suites. Any of our licensed rooms can provide the perfect setting for you to take your vows, leaving you only steps away from your drinks reception and the rest of your day. The Suites available for your Civil Ceremony are as follows: Trinity Room (maximum 120 guests) Downing Room (maximum 90 guests) Westminster Room (maximum 45 guests) All room prices are available upon request The ceremony itself takes approximately 20 minutes. However, the bride and groom will be required to meet the Registrar 30 minutes prior to the service either together or separately according to their own wishes. The law states a religious blessing may not take place at the same time as the ceremony and similarly there must not be any religious symbols in the room. The consumption of food and drink is not permitted in the room before or during the ceremony nor is photography allowed except by invitation of the Registrar. Finally, all music must be approved by the Registration Office. GUEST ACCOMODATION 10 bedrooms can be reserved for your Wedding guests (subject to availability) who wish to stay at a preferential rate. All residents are invited to relax in our leisure club which includes an indoor heated swimming pool, Spa pool, sauna, steam room and fully equipped gym; this is available on a complimentary basis for all residents.
