Aperitifs, Menus, Buffets Esteemed Guest, The following suggestions are intended to give you some ideas and can be changed and put together exactly as you wish. We are more than happy to create menus in line with your individual wishes and taking seasonal availability into account. All the suggestions are calculated on the basis of a minimum of 10 people. The prices in the suggested menus and aperitif packages are calculated per person and the canapé and aperitif variations per item. The number of guests, to be announced by you at least 72 hours before the beginning of the event, is binding and calculated as a minimum charge. All prices include VAT. 4

Aperitif in the Matterhorn Museum Zermatlantis An Aperitif with Adventure The Matterhorn Museum offers you the opportunity to enjoy an aperitif in a different setting in the world of the sunken Zermatlantis. INDULGENCE Your menu of choice We will be pleased to serve you lunch and dinner in the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof or, should you so wish, we can arrange for you to dine in one of our other restaurants, e.g. rustically in the cheese restaurant, saycheese!, elegantly in the Alpine Gourmet Prato Borni or just relaxed in the Brasserie Lusi. If you cannot find your favourite dishes on the regular menus or in the menu suggestions, we will be delighted to put together an individual menu featuring your favourite dishes just for you. If you love being high-up, in natural surroundings and the fresh air, we would like to recommend our mountain restaurants with stunning and unique views of the Matterhorn.
