OUR PROMISE TO YOU Woodenbridge Hotel & Lodge is a family owned and run traditional hotel, and as such we prepare our food in the most traditional way possible. We aim to avoid processed ingredients and use all Irish products in the preparation of our dishes. Our commitment to you: All our Meat is 100% Irish and fully traceable from farm to fork. All beef burgers, chicken burgers, chicken goujons, lasagne s etc are all made on the premises with no added preservatives or flavours. The same care and attention goes into preparing our kids meals as our adult meals. All seafood and vegetables are sourced within Ireland. We use only the best quality pieces of meat in our Bar specials, such as Beef Striploin, Lamb Leg and Pork Loin. As all our dishes are prepared on site, therefore where it is reasonably possible we are able to adapt to suit individual tastes and dietary requirements.
