Complex flavours and surprisingly easy drinking. Milk stouts are typically sweeter than other stouts. A strong and soulful Brown Ale built on a sophisticated malt base. It can't get much more satisfying than this heady climax of caramel, raisin and biscuit. A strong golden beer with a fresh hop character. This ale has a smooth taste with a balanced sweetness throughout. Pale and fiery! This pale ginger bear packs a real bite. A powerful ginger kick and dry finish make this beer unique.

A blend of chocolate and crystal malts give a smooth caramel and toffee flavour, whilst the West Kent Goldings and Willamette hops bring a floral and sweet aroma with a tinge of elderberry. Golden colour, made using Pale Crystal and Rye malts producing a subtle malty base. The Centennial aroma hop gives a delicate floral and tangy aftertaste. A triple-hopped American pale, brewed using Chinook, Centennial and dry-hopped with Mosaic hops. Golden in appearance with flavours of cirtus, pine and spice. A bitter and tart dry finish. A traditional Northern bitter, chestnut brown in colour, gently bittered using Fuggles English hops. An excellent session beer. A pale, golden quaffing ale with excellent flavours for its strength. Pleasingly hoppy throughout without being aggressive and also possessing of a fine aroma. The finish is dry with a small twist of sweetness at the end. GLUTEN FREE. This hop forward American pale ale bursts with tropical, citrus and pine notes. Certified to be well below the codex standard of 20ppm. In place of hops this spice/herb beer or 'gruit' combines lavender, bog myrtle, thyme and rosemary. Cascade hops are the mainstay of American-style amber ales with their characteristic floral notes. Brass Castle have taken on this style with Hibiscus flowers in the cask, to deliver a Yorkshire version of Turkish Delight. A modern take on a traditional Scottish "wee heavy" 80/- ale, this reddy/amber beer is maltforward with an added punch from British Bramling Cross hops.
