The bittering of the hop adds an interesting complexity to this dry-on the finish cider. 4.0% Ginger-infused cider, gently spiced with a little hint of chilli heat. 4.0% Hand picked fresh elderflowers infused to create an enticing, zingy Wild Summer cider. 6.5% A cider-perry combination blending Egremont Russet apples and Conference pears.
