ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Considerations Guarantee Guaranteed number of attendees is required three (3) business days prior to the function date. In the event the guarantee is not received within these days, the Hotel will confirm the guarantee to the maximum number previously expected. If less than the guarantee number of guests expected attend, the guarantee number will be charged. Tax and Service Charge It is agreed that 6% tax and 20% service charge will be paid and are in addition to the prices herein agreed upon Payment/Billing Method of payment is to be confirmed and paid in advance within the agreed terms. Any additional expenses incurred during the function are due at the completion of function. Menu Selection/Details Menu selection and function details are to be submitted to the Hotel no later than seven (7) days prior to the function date. Notification of any changes or cancellation must be made directly to the Hotel contact.
