By 2025, we want to make a difference in the lives of two billion people around the world. It s why we re focused on three key areas: Responsible Dairying, Dairy Excellence and Nutrition for Life. DAIRY FOR LIFE IS OUR PROMISE RESPONSIBLE DAIRYING DAIRY EXCELLENCE We are taking care of natural resources for future generations by championing the health of our farms and waterways, looking after our animals and building thriving communities where we live and work. We are doing this through: Supporting the Sustainable Dairying: Water Accord, a commitment to New Zealand to enhance the overall performance of dairy farming as it affects fresh water. Providing on-farm initiatives that support the good work our farmers are doing to meet environmental and animal welfare expectations and achieve a world-class, sustainable milk supply. Reducing the energy we use in our factories and investigating alternative fuel sources to reduce our emissions Sharing our dairy expertise through Fonterra Dairy Development to support the growth of sustainable dairy production in key markets where we operate Investing NZ$20 million over 10 years in restoring natural ecosystems through our Living Water partnership with the Department of Conservation in New Zealand. Bringing community initiatives to life by providing financial grants in New Zealand and Sri Lanka to hundreds of community groups every year, through our Fonterra Grass Roots Fund programme. We use our expertise and ingenuity to produce the highest-quality dairy products for today and tomorrow. We re constantly exploring the potential of dairy so that we can create new ways for you to enjoy its natural goodness. No matter where we are in the world, we ensure the uncompromising standards we use in New Zealand are always applied. From growing the grass and raising the cows, to making our products, we take care to protect the natural goodness of milk. For more than a century, New Zealand has been a leader in dairy. With generations of experience, we know how to produce the goodness of dairy, and we work together to deliver nature s best to people all over the world. We share our ingenuity with our customers and communities all around the world, working together to break new ground and set new standards. NUTRITION FOR LIFE Dairy is an incredible source of nutrition, which is why we want to share its natural goodness with the world. Nutrition for Life is our commitment to make great products and provide nutritional education so you can make the best choices for you and your family.
